One of the figures was the guard that had gone inside the city earlier. The other was an average looking man with a decent body structure. The average looking man was about to call out to the guard and the newcomer when he froze in shock. His eyes were wide open and his mouth was still open, but he couldn't find the words to speak.

'I wonder where they're going with such a large entourage. Maybe the capital city? I'm quite interested in the capital city now. Maybe I should make my way there next. Looks like I found my next destination. Though, I should probably complete my goal of coming to Blue Moon City first. Gosh, I almost forgot I'm almost dying from dehydration here...
'Hmm, wait. Blue Moon City... sounds pretty normal. Blue Moon City... blue moon... moon... white ground... maybe I'm on a moon? That's likely. Which one, I wonder. Hm, shouldn't matter too much.
'Oh? Looks like the short guard is back, and he brought someone with him.' Aquila thought to herself as she glanced back.

The average looking man was shocked speechless. The short guard beside him saw his unmoving figure and looked at him with confusion evident in his eyes, but the man wasn't paying any attention to him. His gaze was focused on the young girl standing before him.
Her ombré hair swayed as she turned around. Her cold silver irises that had beautiful blue flecks in them, her gaze that flickered past him as she stood still, facing him or rather, facing the city gates, it was all too familiar to him. Even though her temperament seemed different, she looked exactly the same.
Seeing her, his body trembled subconsciously. Kneeling down on one knee, the man bowed his head towards the girl.
"Young miss of the Silvermoon family, forgive me for not coming to entertain you last night. We will definitely forgo the usual procedures since it's for you." The man said as he looked at the ground, not daring to look up at the girl.
Aquila stared at the man kneeling on the ground in front of her expressionlessly.
'Young miss of the Silvermoon family huh? Looks like I did indeed take over the body of someone powerful. That makes things more complicated...'
Hearing no response from her, the man glanced up carefully, only to look into the cold disinterested eyes of Aquila. Widening his eyes, he quickly looked back down while chastising himself mentally. She was from a powerful family, why would she answer him, a measly leader of a small city? Even if he was the president of Blue Moon City, he wouldn't be able to compare to the young miss of the Silvermoon family.
Slowly getting up, the man looked over at the two shocked guards and could only sigh to himself. These two weren't familiar with the families in the capital city, so they didn't recognize this young miss of the Silvermoon family. He couldn't help but feel thankful that the Silvermoon family was known to be more reasonable and calm than some other families. If it was another family's miss, the guards might have lost their heads already for making her wait outside.
If the two guards knew what he was thinking, they would surely ask, 'Why? Even if she's from a powerful family, how can she alone, a teenager, compare to two bulky and professionally trained guards?' And to that, the man would reply that 'Although they are still young, the young misses and masters of those powerful families can't be underestimated. Any one of them can singlehandedly destroy small towns and cities.'
Shaking those unnecessary thoughts away, the man beckoned the shorter guard to open the city gates immediately. Although still in a daze, the guard understood his leader's instructions and walked over to the gate.
Putting a hand on the center of the gate, the gate began to glow with a faint blue light before opening smoothly without so much as a squeak. Standing aside, the guard bowed his head slightly while looking at the ground. While he wasn't familiar with those powerful figures from prominent families, he understood the amount of power and respect they held.
Squinting her eyes slightly at the faint glow, Aquila could confirm that it was a type of energy, albeit a very weak type.
Staring at the open gate, Aquila walked towards it without a second glance at the three men who were looking down, trying to minimize their presence as much as possible.
Watching the girl walk through the gates calmly, the leader couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief. Looking up at the two guards, he shook his head lightly and spoke to them.
"This time, you two were lucky that the girl was from the Silvermoon family and most likely won't target you. Although most young misses and masters won't come all the way out to our small city, there are some who do, for various reasons. Judging by the way she was dressed, I can guess she came here for personal reasons."
"But leader, her family might be powerful, but how can you be so sure that she is also powerful? She looks so young."
"That's where you're wrong. If she wanted to, she could destroy us all. If she didn't want to bother, she could get some men from her family to do it for her. Thankfully she doesn't seem like the type to bother so much about us small people. In her eyes, we're not worth her time, thankfully."
"But still... so what if she's from a powerful family? Do we have to treat her like royalty? If we work together and kill her, how would the Silvermoon family know it was us?" The shorted guard asked, aggravated. He didn't like how they had to bow down to her just because she was from a powerful family.
"Shhh... I recommend you to keep those dangerous thoughts to yourself. If you somehow manage to kill the girl, these families have eyes and ears everywhere. They will know. As for how powerful the girl might be, do you know about the accident that happened in Blue Moon City many years ago? That accident killed many of our citizens and guards and destroyed many of our buildings. It took a long time to reconstruct the city and repair the damages done. Not to mention the many casualties.
"That accident was caused by a single young miss several years older than this one. She was from the Icedust family, another powerful family from the capital, and was hailed as the genius of the century. She apparently snuck out from home, but like you two, the guards blocked her entrance. That young miss was a lot less calm than this one, and she got offended. A single blast was all it took to cause all that damage to our city. And I'd say, that wasn't even her at her strongest. That blast was likely from her uncontrolled anger, so it wasn't concentrated. If it was, I believe the entire city would've been blasted to smithereens."
The two guards were terrified hearing that. Although their city was weaker than the capital, if a single blast could do all that damage...
They didn't want to think about the consequences of offending any one of those families.
