CHAPTER 243: I Have No Such Words

They ended becoming even more silent after Felix's comment, they didn't know what to say about this after this sudden realization.

It seemed that Felix was right, Saphira ended up becoming their guardian angel one way or another.

She had touched their lives even as children.

"Anyway, we should probably watch her closely. This is the very first time she was acting out of character, we must ensure that she won't be in a disadvantage here," Drake said as he cleared his throat.

Though it still came as a shock to the rest that these words actually came from him.

"Don't look at me like that and let's all get back to our training," he added seeing thier shocked looks.

He went ahead and left for a different part to train.

But the other's didn't miss the redness of his ears when he turned to leave.

Nixon laughed before following him, then Ridge and Felix.

"What's wrong?" Stormie asked when Willow remained looking at the path they took.

"There's something I just noticed," Willow said pulling out her sword.

"I realized that something very small was engraved on my sword a few days ago. But..."

She handed the sword to Stormie and pointed at the spot close to the hilt.

There was something written on it, 'Keep.'

Stormie looked up at her with furrowed brows.

Willow turned the sword over and there was another words in there, 'For You.'

"I thought it could be a sentence but it doesn't make sense for these three," Willow said taking the sword back.

Stormie pulled out hers and showed it to Willow, she instantly had an idea when she saw what was written in Willow's sword.

"I have no such words," she then said.

Willow furrowed her brows.

Stormie smiled but she didn't tease her, instead she was serious.

"You can go and ask the rest, if they have no such words then you do understand what this means right?"

Willow blinked but couldn't comment.

"But I think the reason he didn't say a word is because he was giving you more time. He was not waiting but instead he was simply letting you be at the same time..."

'Marking a territory?'

She chose not to say the last words.

Willow remained silent, he didn't want to believe it but at the same time she couldn't help but to believe it.

"After all this time..." she muttered.

"No it is precisely because it is this time that I guess he had chosen to make a move," Stormie replied hearing her words.

Willow looked at her.

"I can't explain anything, I can just tell. Plus all explanations can only be done by him, I can't put words on his mouth can I?"

Willow furrowed her brows for a bit before sighing, "It was indeed true, you will have difficulties in understanding the situation when you are the one involved."

Stormie tilted her head to the side, suddenly she didn't understand what Willow was suddenly talking about.

Willow chuckled but simply shrugged, having no desire to explain it.

Better to understand your own emotions than other people telling you what it was, at the very least you have no one to blame that they have influenced their decisions.

"Just leave it for now while no one is making a move," Willow said before leaving.

Stormie was even more confused but has nothing to say.

Their days continued until the people from Atria Kingdom finally met them.

"Princess!!" one lady exclaimed upon seeing Elizabath but she immediately hid behind Hunter.

"As we have informed you all, the princess has lost her memories, suddenly rushing towards her would only scare her," Saphira exclaimed.

The lady nodded, "I am Gwen, the princess' aide."

"Saphira, commander."

They each introduced themselves.

In total, there are twenty five escorts.

Saphira actually didn't like it, there was so many of them. WHich means they are going to move in large numbers.

Large numbers means they'll attract more attention.

"Is there a problem commander Saphira?" Gwen noticed something was amiss with her face.

"I would just like to ask why there are so many of you?"

Then she glanced at another two people, they weren't knights but were simply maids sent to wait for the princess.

The princess couldn't fight, adding two more, these will be dangerous for each of them.

Saphira wasn't being skeptical but she just wanted to be careful.

Gwen looked towards the direction that Saphira was looking at, then she realized why Saphira was asking these things.

"The princess needs both protection and care."

Upon hearing this, WIllow and Stormie stopped themselves from rolling their eyes.

Protection and care?

They are instead bringing over danger.

At the same time if Qillian Empire were to hear these words, they would roll their eyes as well.

It is a known face that despite being under Qillian Empire, the seven kingdoms were still much bigger than Atria Kingdom.

Meaning these seven, who is still revered as the princess and princesses of each of their past kingdoms, would have needed more protection and care.

Even though the families had left and the positions were passed, once they go to their respective past kingdoms, they are still treated as royals.

Especially so for the seven who were holding the seven mythological beasts.

Meaning these same seven.

"I don't have any desire to criticize or insult you, I am simply wishing to have a better journey ahead," Saphira replied.

Gwen pursed her lips, "But we were able to get here unscathed."

Saphira smiled, "Indeed but I also needed to remind you that escorting the princess is not our main mission as of this moment. Why do you think have we come only now at this place?"

She had been irritated for the past days and so her words are much harsher than her normal ones.

Hunter was watching her closely while the others could only shake their heads.

She must have been trying to control herself but it is still a fact that when you are already irritated, you would instantly feel even more irritated once you see something not to your liking.
