“Would you let a killer enter your school?”

“...Never,” he replies 

I looked down as I felt my heart sink. I knew it. Even though I already knew the answer, I shouldn’t have given myself hope. I thought to myself. 

“I would never let a killer enter my school,” he said 

Yeah. Sure. Go ahead and rub more salt in the wound why don’t ya? Pour the whole container while you're at it!

“I guess it’s a good thing you're not a killer right? You’re a Hero.” He said

I woke up in a hospital. *I feel like I should be scared for some reason...but what? Well, whatever it is, must not be important*


The doctor found out that I woke up and I was discharged from the hospital after a few checkups. I was forced to stay in bed and  rest at home. 


"Rose. Are you going to be okay?" Noel asked me "Do you need anything?"


Noel and Joseph had both been freaking out at the hospital. At one point, they had both thought I had died. Joseph had been pacing around my hospital room when he tripped over a cord. They thought it was connected to my heart rate monitor. (what's that thing even called?) When they heard a long beep, they ran to grab the doctor and told him about the cable. 


Short story, the cable wasn't connected to my monitor. I didn't even have a monitor. It was connected to the coffee machine. The noise was the coffee machine turning off. 


"Yes. Tell us if you need anything and I mean ANYTHING." Joseph said "Like water, medicine, a new car for your Uncle Joseph, water. Just tell us." 


"Anyways, since you seem to be doing well we're going to leave you alone" Noel said and pulled Joseph out of my room. 


Now that I was finally alone, I pulled out my phone and looked over the notifications. Many of them were from my classmates. There were a few missed calls from my parents, so I called them and told them that I was fine. Then, I messaged everyone at school to tell them I was fine. They all started messaging me at one so I started a group chat. 


                                                      Rose: Guy! I'm dead!


Shoto: How are you typing if you are dead?


                                                                     Rose: Magic!


                                                              Rose: But guys…


                                                                      Rose: Magic


                               Rose: Sorry guys but I have to go


                Rose: the author is tired and needs sleep


                                                  Rose: I mean I am tired


                                                          Rose: Auto correct 


I put the phone away and fall asleep. Good Night!
