NELLIE'S P.O.V.
Delian asked me to wait, and after five minutes, he appeared from where he had disappeared earlier, but this time, he was holding my sleeping Light in his arms.
Like a hurricane, happiness swept through my body and I immediately ran to them with tears of joy already dripping down my cheeks.
As I got closer to him, his grip on my baby tightened and he backed away from me, confusing me to no end.
“Give...” I stretched out my hand and started to say but he immediately put a finger to his lips signalling me to shut up, and I scowled.
“I told you he was fine, didn't I?” he stated but didn't wait for an answer. “Now that you see for yourself that I mean him no harm, it's now time for you to answer a couple of my questions,” a smile brightened his whole face, and with that said he back to his breakfast seat, held Light gently on his laps and then signalled with a hand for me come to sit beside him.
