Chapter 9 : Smile

" It's your time to shine, Senn. Impressed her! " Now, I can't wait to see her reaction.

Well obviously, It's my turn already. She just finished awhile ago. And actually, this is still part of our wedding photoshoot. We just need to take solos' first according to what they prepared for us.

And when they start taking shots, I automatically smile at the camera. I really want to impress her. I'm so obvious, right?

" Keep doing that, Senn! Own it " Eros commented positively. He is actually our photographer right now. And I can definitely prove that my bestfriend is really good at this kind of stuff.

Seconds later, I can't help but to smile wider when I suddenly remember the scene earlier. I hopely assume that it's a positive sign because the way I observe her earlier, she's definitely affected by my presence. I seen it all awhile ago so I doubt that it wasn't true. And honestly speaking, she looks so cute when being tease.

As of now, she is rested on her chair. She obviously exhausted 'the way I see it from my view. I knew also that she's resting well and taking her time. She deserved it anyway. I guess, I'll just wait here until she turn her all attention to me. And as you all can see, I am definitely in my delulu moments right now.

" Honestly, All I just want is for her to look at me the way I see her. "

A sudden flashback came in to me out of the blue. On the very first time that they announced to me that I am marrying her, the woman i'm inlove with.

" Bro, are you ready? " I sighed deeply before facing him, my bestfriend Eros.

" Yes of course! " I respond then force to smile. Okay! This is not so me for sure. Why I am so bothered about it. It's been two or three months? since I last saw her. Honestly, she left me without saying goodbye. Well, It is already expected, we just met unexpectedly. An unexpected encounter between me and her. And also I don't know where she is right now nor even her name actually.

I'm so confused! I don't know but I'm still stuck with my unknown feelings for her. I know it was just a sudden encounter but I really hope that we will meet again someday.

" Earth to Senn! Where were you? Are you okay? nor even listening to me? Uncle is waiting for us now, hurry! " Eros tap my back a bit, enough to wake me up from my deep thoughts.

" I'm fine. Let's go? " I just said without explaining anything. For now, I'll keep this thoughts only for me because I didn't know how to explain it too to myself. But the real question is... how long?

" Dad, No! I can't! " I burst out. I don't care anymore. I don't want to do it even if I could gain something from it, our company. I have my own now, I don't need it.

" It's final, Senn. Don't try to disobey me and your mother " My father said with finality.

" No, Dad! I can't marry someone who's stranger to me. " I honestly uttered and not breaking our eye contact.

" Is there another reason aside from that? for you to disobey us easily? " I can see the anger in my dad's eyes and a bit of disappoinment.

Dad's demand me to answer his question right away. " I need your answer, son! " He shouted.

" There is one Dad. There is another reason and that is ... " I paused. I can't believe that I actually going to confessed it to them right now, even when I wasn't still sure about it. "... I already liked someone else, Dad "

" Let's see... Is this her? " He drop some photos on the floor. Hurriedly, I picked each of those when I notice something familiar from it and to confirm my assumption.

" It is... How? " I looked at my Dad confusedly.

" Ask Eros, he knows the answer son " I see how Dad smirked at me and look happily at the same time. Why? A sudden change of mood?

I was about to asked Eros about it when he suddenly spoke out behind me and confess everything.

" I tooked those photos accidentally or should I say unconsciously or whatever you assume too? I don't know but one thing is for sure, you already love her since then, bro. You've just admit it already. And it is how I seen it when I was observing you after you two met. You look so devastated when she left, right? By the way, Congratulations bro! But to tell you honestly, I'm not sorry for taking those photos without your permission, I'm just glad right now that I did it " He explained clearly then smile afterwards.

" Do you still have another questions, son? " Dad spoke out beside me while smiling too. And why is everyone smiling suddenly? i don't get it. Is this kind of joke to them?

" What's with your smiles? Dad? Eros? I really don't get you both and what this all for? " I asked them with full of curiosity.

" Can you explain it to your son, hon? " And my mom instantly enter the scene with a smile also on her face.

" Of course, hon " She quickly kissed my Dad first then turn to my direction after while still smiling of course. Seriously, What's happening?

" Senn, Are you really inlove with her? I want to hear your answer again sweetie " Mom asked me instead.

" Yes, Mom. I really do. " I sincerely said without a pause. I want them to take my words seriously because I'm not faking it. I have to admit it to them now especially to myself that 'I really do love her since then.

" You heard it clearly hon, your son is really inlove with her bride to be. I'm so happy! " Mom hugged me tightly. " Congratulations, sweetie! " and kissed me on my cheeks.

What did I just hear? I'm totally speechless. What's really happening? Did I seriously heard it right? Is my mom really said that she's the one I am marrying? Seriously? How? How did they make it possible? Since when?

" Son, Aren't you gonna say anything? We were waiting for your response. And about earlier, I'm sorry. It was just part of our plan to surprise you and it actually did, you are still speechless until now " Dad teases me.

" Oh come on, bro! Say something! " Eros is shaking me now.

" What do you all want me to say? I'm still shock. This is really mind-blowing! I can't even process everything that i've heard from you all. Is this for real? And how did you all manage to do that? I'm not asking for it though.This is really too much! THANK YOU! " I sincerely said. I'm still in the state of shock. I can't believe it until now.

" It's a long story to tell sweetie but we promised that we will share it to you in time and honestly we were so happy for you.You really deserve it! And your wedding with her, it will be so special for sure " My mom and her sweet tongue as always.

" I love you, Mom! I love you, Dad! " I hugged them both.

I don't know what will gonna happen after this but I am going to make sure that I would have her and her heart in every way. I want to claim her completely. She's mine only.

I went back instantly from the reality when I felt her deep stare on me from a distance. She's looking at me now, watching me intensively. And she smiled suddenly then shake her head a bit and also grinning too. At that moment, I'm so stunted by her smile. This the first time in a while I guess, that she smile like this while looking at me. Is it really okay to assume that somehow... she's liking me now?

" Be ready to change the set, team 'after this one. We're about to finished, just few more shots needed! " Eros shouted to everyone then turned his attention back to me. And he's smiling like an idiot now. I don't know why though? He and his crazy thinking sometimes.

" Finished this one, Senn. Make the most of it bro! " He uttered before he started clicking again. I just smirked at him as my response. Now, I get it. I really get it.

" Let's impress her more! " I whisper to myself.
