Who Else Better to Talk to Than Yourself?

"I'll go home and change and will be right back," I said when I finished my cup of tea. "Thank you for taking me to have my car painted. I truly appreciate it."

"No, thank you," he teased, laughing. "In fact, I think Priscilla will be the happiest of all."

I scoffed. "I really don't think much of anything makes her happy."

"This is true," he said, walking me to the door. "I'll see you in a bit."

I hurried down the hallway and into my condo. After showering, I looked through Leila's closet, not quite sure what to wear. I didn't want to dress up too much. But then again, I didn't want to wear one of Leila's suits from school, either. So, I opted for a cute yellow dress hanging in the back of Leila's closet with the tags still on. She obviously had wanted to wear it, but couldn't work up the nerve, for fear of wearing something that may get her into trouble.
