But the death of his childhood friend at the hands of a villain, and his idol denouncing his dream, his faith in himself and this hero society has been shaken to its core. But one man still sees his potential and takes him under his wing, or batwing as it were, and teaches him that he can be a hero, even without a quirk.

This is a very good novel but i am disappointed that parts like choosing of class president choosing of hero name were not shown
Alright read up to chapter 11 so far and it has had barley any difference of the plot besides a explanation of quirks but it's mostly just saying time travel and brainiac don't want to spoil if you do end up reading besides that mostly minor things there was sort of a batman training thing but it had a time skip from the start then skipped to a underground righting ring skipped the fight and then got to mha also apparently everyone knows batman's secret identity somehow but whatever he's barely even in this so overall really big let down
This is a great fanfic. I always thought that Deku getting a quirk kind of removed to the story. I mean, what the point of the mc being quirkless only to give him a quirk ten page later.
