Synopsis

Rhodes accidentally tripped and fell while playing with his phone as he walked down the stairs, only to find himself transported to the world of Fairy Tail.

To his surprise, he discovered that he had the ability to summon various wild monsters from League of Legends and even learned how to use Take Over Magic.

But that wasn’t the main issue. The real problem was that, among a guild full of reckless individuals, there was suddenly someone who actually liked making plans.

Some people believed he was destined to become the next guild master.

But Rhodes knew the truth—becoming the guild master of Fairy Tail meant endless self-reflections and a never-ending pile of compensation bills.

Determined, Rhodes made up his mind: I don’t want to be the guild master!

Attention, Fairy Tail fans! If you're looking for a fresh and unique take on the Fairy Tail world, this fan fiction is a must-read. It’s a translation of a Chinese story that I’ve carefully edited to ensure a smooth and enjoyable reading experience, making it clean, polished, and free from the inconsistencies of the original version. Since the previous translator decided to drop the project, I’ve picked it up and started fresh to bring you a high-quality translation.

Holy sht this is boring. The progress is nonexistent and the main character is bland with no unique characteristic. The story literally progress so slow that if you skip 10 chapters, you’ll still be able to understand what’s going on. Literally nothing is going on, and the “actions” are just “training” with no real hype to it.

oh its this fic. I remember reading this a while ago liking it very much for its down to earth protagonist that achieves his abilities through honest hard work. Sadly, the translator dropped it so I forgot about it. I'm glad you picked it up, I'll definitly keep my eye on this.

So far I'm really enjoying it, especially since Fairy Tail has been kind of forgotten in recent years. The MC is very realistic, the only thing that makes me wary is that he is a bit of a coward.

One of the best Fairy Tail fanfictions that captures the essence of Fairy Tail. However, the previous translator stopped posting for some reason. I am really glad you've picked this up and look forward to reading more.

This story is incredible! I was disappointed when the previous translation stalled, but I'm excited to continue reading here once I've caught up past chapter 180+

So, this is my joint favourite fairy tail fanfic(joined with BANIX's one) cause its one of the few fanfics that capture the actual essence of fairy tail. I love the powers the MC has, but love that its also well paced and slow development with actual charcter growth with plenty of nice fluff sprinkled around. This fanfic is honestly amazing and really hope our translator dosnt stop early, cause its quickly become my favourite read

Probably the best Fairy Tail fanfic I've read to date. The MC is well written and his development both in power and personal relationships is enjoyable to read. The other characters are also are well used and have the writing time divided, making the writing more human and pleasant to read. Overall it's a really good book.

It's a great story overall. The start feels a little slow, mostly in comparison to other fanfictions that start at break neck speed. I think the slower start suits the story overall, as it takes time to establish the MC's core character traits, as well as his building relationships, particularly with Mira and Makarov. Over time, he actually feels like a Fairy Tail character, which is pretty cool. I like his abilities and how he is growing into it, getting stronger at a good but not ridiculous pace. It is clear he will eventually be OP. The only part that I gave a 4 was Story Development and that is simply because a larger story arc has not begun yet.

This story is easily one of the best Fairy Tail fanfics I've ever read. A depressing amount of Fairy Tail insert stories are just about the MC flexing while gathering a harem of cardboard cut outs. It's rare to see a story that really captures the vibe of the Fairy Tail guild as a whole. But this fic manages to do that perfectly. Every character feels 3 dimensional. The MC's lack of metaknowledge actually improves the story, because it means he can get to know the people around him naturally without weird preconceptions. The MC himself both feels grounded enough to be a proper insert character, while also being eccentric enough to feel like a Fairy Tail wizard. That said this glowing review comes with a bit of an asterisk. The original translator of this fic (ahan5000) managed to get through 186 chapters. And so far this translation is mostly just a copy and paste of that one. I'm cautiously optimistic but I'm going to be really disappointed if we get to chapter 187 and the quality drops to that of an MTL or AI translated story. Still hoping for the best. I really want to read more of this story.

2nd review, although the balance b/w Shounen & SoL is askewed towards the latter, the dialogues did make up a lot of it. MC: SI-OC only knows Natsu is the MC, don't know shit elsewhere. Annoying expositions but it get less as he improves. Abilities: Summons LoL wild monsters, not champions. Setting: Around a year (+/-) before Lucy joined. Pacing is quite slow, but since FT mostly happened within 2-3 months of Lucy joining, it's acceptable. Likeable characters, they're quite on point as well. TLDR; Slow burn and not a suitable placeholder for your daily fix of serotonin.
