Force Couple
Axle's POV
It was a dark night on Coruscant. How should I know? The undercity is covered by the upper levels. Every night and day is the same shade of dark only to be lit up by millions of lights. Life has been a lot less stressful since we left the order. I actually got the time to live. But most importantly, I got the time to live with the person I want to be with.
It was a peaceful night in our apartment. Ahsoka and I were in bed sleeping. Every night we would hold each other like it was the last time we would be together. Every night we would fall asleep connecting our thoughts and emotions. Every night we would always sleep in similar positions with her usually laying on my chest. "I like to listen to your heart beat." she would always say.
It was a little past midnight when I heard a crash out in the hall outside the apartment. I slowly woke up. Ahsoka was still asleep. I carefully moved her head onto the pillow and got up and put on a shirt. I opened the door only to see nothing. I could sense otherwise as I closed the door again. Must have been the neighbors, I assured myself. However I didn't fully believe that. The only weapon we have was my saber back on the nightstand. My senses then went blank.
I walked back to the bed thinking the disturbance was gone. I climbed back onto the mattress and pulled the covers back over. Ahsoka slowly moved her head back over my heart.

"Did you plant the marker?" a voice over a hologram asked. A bounty hunter answered, "Yes lord Sidious." "Good. The missiles are on their way to the launch site. Be there to activate them. Once the building is destroyed, look for the bodies." Sidious ordered.

Axle's POV
I woke up around 8AM. "Good morning." Ahsoka said smiling up at me. "Morning." I said back. She got up and grabbed her day clothes, "You doing another shift at Craig's repair shop?" "No. He gave me the week off after how many shifts I did. He said I earned a break and he paid me extra too." I answered. "Well that's good. Maybe we can find a better house. Instead of living in a 4 room drome." She said and walked into the refresher.
I went over to the small kitchen and grabbed some blue milk. I heard the shower turn on as I walked over to the holobroadcast system. I turned it on and listened to the local news. "It has been confirmed that the Republic Senate has deployed an attack force to retake the banks on Scipio from the Separatists. The 501st lead by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker arrived earlier this morning. We are pleased to report that The Republic is victorious and the banks have now been placed under the control of the Supreme Chancellor." The broadcast system informed.
I got dressed as Ahsoka came out of the refresher. "So, Anakin helped retake Scipio. Now the banks belong to the Republic." I told her. Ahsoka started to put on her clothes, "Looks like another neutral system eventually chose a side."
I then sensed the same peculiar thing from last night and walked back over to the door. "What is it?" Ahsoka asked. "I don't know. I thought I sensed something last night and now I feel the same thing." I answered. Ahsoka walked over to me and put her arms around my shoulders, "You're probably over worked. No one knows where we are." She pulled me into a kiss.

The bounty hunter opened his commlink, "My lord, I have arrived at the launch site and the missiles are in place." Sidious smiled, "Remember, both of them must be eliminated if my plans have a higher rate of success. You may fire when ready."

Axle's POV
Ahsoka and I were on the sofa playing holo-chess. "I find this lifestyle much more self control." Ahsoka said. I thought for a moment, "Yea. We can think before we make choices as in a battlefield you think too long, you're dead." She made a move which won the game, "Hahaha. Looks like I can still beat you." She said punching me in the arm. I didn't move. I could feel something approaching, fast. "Oh come on. Don't get upset." Ahsoka says looking at me. "We need to leave." I whispered. Ahsoka looked confused, "What?" I then felt fast objects getting closer, "WE NEED TO GO!!!" I yelled and grabbed her hand running toward the window and force pulled my lightsaber to my hand. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?!!" Ahsoka shouted as I slashed the window, destroying it. I rapped my arms around her and jumped just as missiles exploded into the building.
We landed on the ground and ran to cover. "Well, you said we needed to find a better place." I said looking up at the destroyed structure. Ahsoka took a knee, "What was that? Who did that. Axle, what's going on?" I tried to calm her down, "I don't know. I don't know. But we need to go. Whoever did this is going to be looking for survivors." I put my arms around her as she stood up. "Ok. Let's go."
