Battle Plan

Jo was dumbfounded, her anger dissipated in an instant. Wasn't he mad at her, for the way he treated his Mum and fiancé?

"Come here!" Lu Ye Ze called the dazed girl.

Jo came out from behind the horse and walked towards him stopping on step before him. She looked up at him, with a pair of innocent eyes.

Lu Ye Ze felt his heart filling with warmth. He thought, she will be going berserk at him when she found out about his Mum's matchmaking. He rushed home to pacify her, but he didn't expected to find her unfazed. This woman wasn't jealous at all?! He took a strand of her hair and tucked it behind her ear.

"I am sorry for today, you are and will be, my only wife in this life! It will never happen again."

Jo started blushing profusely 'his wife?' this line seemed to be depicted from a romantic movie. This is a true man! The charming prince on the white horse. Too bad she was just a hostage. Whoever gets to marry this man, she would be the luckiest woman alive. Jo still didn't understand why was he toying with her, but she decided to play his game. For this man, it was worthy to risk of having her heart broken again.

"I am sorry too, for disrespecting your mother"

Lu Ye Ze chuckled softly at the girl's embarrassed face "Don't mention it, she had it coming"

Jo sighed a breath of relieve.

"Aren't you cold? Let's go back inside the house!"

The next day Jo would receive a fashion stylist at home this time. So she came down to the living room to greet him. As soon as she entered the living room a familiar figure was sitting in the armchair.

Butler Gu hastily rushed towards Jo and whispered.

"Miss! This is Wei Wei, Master's sister. Do you want us, to send her away from the mansion as well?"

"Not yet, I want to see what kind of person she is!"

"Sister-in-law!" Wei Wei, lifted her head from her phone and called Jo, as soon as she saw her "Is this a bad time? I see you have guests!"

When she heard the title 'sister-in-law', Jo felt goose bumps all over her body. "Depends on what you are here for!"

"I was just passing by and I thought maybe we should get to know each other better, after all we are family"

"Is that so?"

"Of course, you will be officially introduced to the family, at the banquet next week. Besides I am choosing your side. That b***ch Ele has completely wrapped my Mum around her finger. I am adamant in revealing her true face, so I came here to help you make a battle plan." Wei Wei had a wide grin on her face, she looked forward in trashing the floor with that woman.

"A battle plan?! There is no need" Jo replied, after all, Lu Ye Ze was not her man.
