The Dragon Killers

Vahagn, a son of the Jinn Emperor and Jinn Empress.

Thákane, a badass princess.

Vahagn and Thákane both go by other titles.

Thákane the Dragon Slayer, and Vahagn, the Dragon Reaper.

These two have been longtime friends. They have even grown up together.

Vahagn and Thákane are both powerful beyond measure, which made it difficult to reprimand them when they were caught; doing one of their many pranks.

These two have an unbreakable bond.

Even when Vahagn and Thákane got into a heated fight. They would always make up in the end, by either going on a long walk - together, or by going on an adventure - together.

This story is about one of Vahagn- and Thákane's adventures.

There are too many to write about, but I shall mainly try and focus on the adventure; where Vahagn and Thákane both went toe-to-toe with the

great Wyvern-Drake-Dragon, Nganyamba, and some of its children.

Vahagn opened his eyes. The first thing he noticed; was the lighted up room.

Vahagn got up from bed. He yawned, he then washed his face, as he later exited his room.

Vahagn knocked on Thákane's door.

" Come in, " said Thákane.

Vahagn opened the door, and the first thing he saw was the living beauty which was Thákane.

Thákane was washing her body with a towel, for this inn sadly had no baths.

Vahagn noticed the smooth and glowing ebony skin.

He couldn't help but noticed Thákane's exquisite glowing eyes.

And his poor knees almost gave away when he saw Thákane's soft lips.

" Is something the matter? " asked Thákane, as she had noticed the reaction she was having on poor Vahagn.

" Nothing… " stammered Vahagn, as he was covered in hot sweat.

That was when the final blow came, as the sun shone on Thákane's silky long ebony hair.

Thákane looked on, as Vahagn had taken her bucket of water; and poured it on himself.

" I really needed that… " uttered Vahagn, as he was starting to cool down.

Thákane at first giggled. She then gave Vahagn a kiss on the cheek.

" Come on, we will miss breakfast "

Vahagn looked on, as the embodiment of beauty walked out of the room.

As stated before;

Vahagn and Thákane had both grown up together.

And now as young adults… Some romantic feelings have developed between the two.

Neither has made a move yet, but… it is really only a matter of time.

The two of them enjoyed both good breakfast, and a good conversation.

Vahagn and Thákane could both now be seen leaving the inn.

" Where are we off to? " asked Vahagn, as he was enjoying an apple.

" We are off to slay one of Nganyamba's children " said Thákane, as she was leading the way.

" Which child? "

" Ancalagon the Black "

Poor Vahagn almost chucked on his apple.

" Anca… Ancalagon the Black…? " uttered Vahagn in disbelief.

" Scared? " said Thákane with a smirk.

Vahagn composed himself, as he then said;

" No "

" Mmhmm "

The Dragon Killers had both arrived at the spot where a great army tried in vain to slay the beast.

There was blood everywhere… Death everywhere.

Vahagn and Thákane were both speechless.

That was when they heard it; thunder, lightning, and a tempest of fire.

Ancalagon came bursting out of the ground.

Vahagn and Thákane were both already fighting to survive.

The battle was hard and terrible, the earth could hardly withstand it.

Vahagn called down his lightning-fire, as Thákane utilized the full extent of her superhuman strength and speed.

Ancalagon the Black was unyielding. Even when the dragon had a broken wing, and a broken body, it still kept on fighting.

Vahagn and Thákane both decided to go all in.

They managed to defeat Ancalagon.

But the battle resulted in Vahagn having several of his ribs broken, and Thákane having both her arms broken.

Thankfully.

Both would recover.

And both would remember this day very fondly.

After six months.

Vahagn and Thákane were both ready to take down the great Wyvern-Drake-Dragon.

Before they reached Nganyamba.

Vahagn and Thákane both took a detour at Parax, the city under the mountain.

(Note; Parax can be found in the Life of Apollonius of Tyana)

Parax is the home of the Indians, who are all taught to slay dragons from birth.

Vahagn and Thákane helped the Indians to slay the many Drakon Indikos.

" So " said Vahagn.

Thákane looked towards Vahagn.

" We might not live to see tomorrow "

A smile appeared on Thákane's face.

A fire could be seen flickering from within a cave, as the sounds of pleasure could be heard echoing throughout the desert.

It was at an unusual spot.

There was sand as far as the eye could see. But in the middle of this vast land of sand was located a large pool of water.

Thákane calmly walked over to the pool, as Vahagn looked on.

Thákane crouched down at the edge of the pool.

Thákane now gently touched the surface of the pool.

All was quiet, as the gentle wind passed through the area.

Vahagn and Thákane both enjoyed the calm… before the storm.

Said storm now came bursting out from the pool.

Blocking the light of the sun was Nganyamba, the great Wyvern-Drake-Dragon.

Vahagn and Thákane both looked up at the mighty and majestic creature.

" Together, " said Vahagn.

" Together, we are the Dragon Killers "

The two of them now bumped fists.

Later.

Vahagn and Thákane could both be seen swimming in the pool, while Nganyamba was recovering from its beating.
