Sora’s P.O.V
I slowly open my eyes as I see the sun shining in through the tent. I sit up on the bed yawning and stretching. When I look over at the entrance to the tent I see Melody and Cherry looking at me. “Good morning Sora!” Cherry said as she sounded to be in a good mood. “G-Good morning Sora'' Melody said as it seemed that she was blushing a bit. “Good morning you two!” I replied by getting out of the bed and grabbing my jacket, putting it on. We head out of the tent to a new morning as we all breathe in the fresh morning air. “Ahh, a new morning!” I heard Cherry say as I nodded. I headed to the center of the camp sitting on a log, looking up.
“What are you thinking about Sora?” I heard Melody asking me, I looked at her smiling. “I’m just wondering if I will be able to get back home.” Melody just looked at me as Cherry came up and sat next to me. “I’m wondering the same thing Sora. Do you think we’ll get home?” She asked me as I nodded softly. “Of course we’ll get home, No matter what, I promise we will,” I said smiling, as I looked at the burned-out campfire. “I promise to get us home… no matter what.” I thought as I looked at my hand thinking back to what happened with that person who called me her brother.
I stood up as I looked at the woods, as I thought I saw someone wearing blue clothing. “Is that…” Both Cherry and Melody looked at me tilting their head. The more I looked in that direction, the more clearly I could see the person. The person was a woman, with dark blue hair, and somewhat golden eyes with a bit of blue mixed in. “What are you talking about Sora?” I heard Cherry asked me confused. “That’s… That’s Mia!” Cherry quickly turned around to see that no one was there. “Sora no ones there, are you sure you saw her?”
I looked at Cherry as I questioned if I even saw her. “I… I guess I didn’t see her…” I said as I looked at the spot where I thought I saw Mia. The area showed no sign of human life as I sighed, turning to face Cherry, and Melody, smiling as we walked near the entrance of the camp, but near the spot where Sora saw Mia, we saw a girl poke her head out. “Seems like they were right… he’s here.” She said as she backs up into the forest, as red fire shots in the sky.
I fell to the ground panting as I’m covered in sweat. “D-Dammit…” I saw Cherry get on her knees looking at me. “No good controlling your flames yet?” I looked at Cherry and sighed managing to pick myself up, sitting down. I smiled as I felt Melody hug me from behind, Cherry just blushed as she seemed to be frustrated a bit. “H-Hey why are you hugging him?!” I could only laugh as Melody replied. “Can I not hug him, Miss Overprotective?” This caused Cherry to get a bit more frustrated as she basically yelled. “What the hell do you mean overprotective?!” I laughed a bit before standing up trying to stop this fight. “Cherry it’s just a hug ok? Please calm down.”
She nodded as she calmed down a bit from what it looked like. “Good, Now Let’s Head Back to camp!” I said as they nodded as Melody smiled. We Started To Head Back To Camp As I Looked Up. “It’s been almost a month since we arrived here… I wonder if Mia and Rose are ok…” I thought as we entered the camp seeing the very few people in the camp. They got ahead of me as I suddenly collapsed to the ground as everything went dark.
After what felt like hours I opened my eyes as I was in a dark room. “W-Where the hell am I?” I slowly stood up looking around only seeing what looked like darkness. “Where is everyone? Cherry! Melody! Where are you?!” I yelled as I saw a bright light flash above me, I quickly covered my eyes from the blinding light. A few seconds went by and the light faded allowing me to see my surroundings, I looked up to see what looked like Galaxies around me. “W-What the hell is this?”
It seemed like more Galaxies kept appearing around me as they soon completely surrounded me. It looked like I had nowhere to go as I then heard a woman’s voice. “These are different Galaxies and each has a set of numbers that are gifted to a few at birth.” I heard the voice say as I saw someone walking behind me. She was wearing all white as I backed up a bit. “W-Who Are You?” I asked as she looked at the Galaxies completely ignoring my question. “Those born with a Galaxy Number, are granted the power of their Galaxy.” I became even more confused as I said. “What the hell are you even talking about?” She sighed and pointed at me as my right hand started to heat up, eventually bursting into flames.
“ W-What the hell?!” I tried to put out the flames on my own, but they stayed there, the flames eventually calmed down revealing a number. “W-What is this? A Number?” I looked at the number as it was a six, I quickly realized that this is a Galaxy Number. “Is this a Galaxy Number?” I asked as she nodded looking at me. “Yes you are correct, that is a Galaxy Number.” I looked at the number, then her waiting for her to explain why I had it. “Normally that Galaxy Number is given either to someone with a dark heart, or a Demon.” When she said that I recalled what that girl said. “What Curse?! There’s no curse?! These flames are from hell itself! Only one kind that can have these flames! You’re a Demon!”
I remember her saying as I looked at the woman in front of me. “I-I’m a Demon… So she wasn’t lying…” The woman once again nodded as she faced me. “Yes you are a Demon, but not one at the same time” I looked at her confused as I could hear her sigh. “You’re only half Demon, not fully. That’s why you can think like a human.” I tilted my head as she took that as I was still confused. “So I’m only half Demon? Then what’s my other half?” She looked up a bit, as it seemed like she was thinking. “Hmm, that I do not know, but whatever it is, it’s what’s allowing you to fight the Demon inside.”
I looked down as I started to think. “Something in me is fighting the Demon inside me?” Just then the Galaxies started to move around, as it seemed like they were trying to tell me something. “W-What’s going on?” I asked as the woman near me said. “This is strange, something like this only has happened when the very existence of the Galaxies are in danger.” I looked at her confused as she continued to say. “I only heard about this, once the Galaxies start to move around like they are trying to warn someone, it means… a war between Galaxies.”
When she said that I didn’t understand anything she said. “A… A war between Galaxies? What does that mean?” She looked at me as she put her hand on my shoulder. “Look I need to send you back to your Galaxy, I can’t explain everything right now. No matter what, do not tell anyone what you saw or heard. It could disrupt the flow of the Galaxies.” Once she said that everything became blurry as I started to fade as I passed out.
