Chapter 18: Zhang Wei

Wang Jing wakes up Li Xiu Ying for her to prepare for her shift at the hospital. 

"Hey, babe," she said while she knocked on her door "It's 5 pm already, I cooked dinner already so eat before you leave". 

"Thank you," Li Xiu Ying replied while getting out of bed "She went straight to the dining table and saw sumptuous meals prepared by Wang Jing. 

While she starts eating, Wang Jing sat on the opposite side.

"So, I researched your "boyfriend", Zang Wei" gesturing quote and quote on the boyfriend's words "And these are some of what I have found". passing a paper that shows information about Zang Wei.

"Is that all?" Li Xiu Ying asked while checking the back of the paper in case she missed anything. 

"Yup, that mostly is," Wang Jing replied "I had a hard time looking him up, it seems some details were hidden. However, I got all the deets of his dating scandals from the internet. Mind you, babe they are all over the place. 

"If he's dating ALOT," she said "Why is he bothering me?" she said puzzled by how he's so possessive of her. 

"Maybe, they were just a fling and you're his true love" Wang Jing replied dreamingly while clasping her hands 

"NO! I don't even know him and I don't have time for those things" Li Xiu Ying said while she stood up and went to the bathroom "I better get ready, as my shift will start soon. 

Li Xiu Ying is still thinking about the information she got about Zang Wei and could not believe with his looks, money, and status why he is interested in her.

She knows she's not ugly, she has been told that she is pretty. She's 157 cm, and although she's not as slim as the other girls she got curves in the right places. Her heart-shaped face, expressive eyes, button nose, and heart-shaped lips are facial features that make her pretty.

She's an only child from a middle-class family. However, her parents were able to send her to a top university in the country. Although she's only 4 years old in her profession, she is recognized a lot. She plans to continue her study to become a doctor which is her ultimate dream since she was a kid. 

She stops all her thoughts as she is nearing the hospital already.
