Arthur opened his eyes like a normal day despite being a ghost. He created some kind of spectrum body for himself, so it was no different than his normal one except for being weaker.
" Where are you going? Today is our rest day."
Hill groaned with a tired face, trying to hug him but Arthur bolted out from the bed before he got hugged. He knew he wouldn't wake up after snuggling with his wife, so he had to get up now.
" Later, honey. I have to oversee a few stuff. You know one of us has to work."
Hill was annoyed by his reason, throwing her pillow while gesturing for him to go since she was getting tired. After reaching her middle ages, Hill seemed to be more relaxed and lazy compared to the past and she liked doing so with her family.
" Fine. Just come back before the dinner. The kids and others want to have a family dinner."
Arthur smiled at her remark, putting on his tracksuit. He had a week off, following the incident of Peter and he wanted to relax for a bit while having fun.
" Good morning, Arthur. Wanna jog with me?"
Steve who was coming out from his house waved at him while biting some snacks. Two of them nodded at each other, running down the streets with incredible speed that went far beyond any human.
" How was yesterday, Steve? Sharon and James are fighting like always. I don't know how you keep your children at bay."
Steve was tired of separating his children who would constantly fight each other. Sharon would always run around the house and James would try to stop her which would lead brawl between them. Then Peggy would try to stop them but they would only listen to Steve.
" Children are difficult but as long as you support them, they will mature up eventually. I recommend letting them go out for a field trip. You know like our old times."
Steve seemed to realize his words meaning, nodding with a calm face. He thought it was a good idea because they could learn how to depend on each other.
" Let's rest here. Here, water."
Arthur sat on the bench while looking at the calm pond. Both of them were chatting with each other until something unexpected happened.
Crash*
A woman crashed before her with a passed face while another woman appeared on the horizon.
" I swear I didn't think that way about your husband. Could you put that bow down? Otherwise, we are going to have a really ugly day."
Artemis looked at her other self with frustration, knowing it wasn't her fault being near her husband. The bear suddenly jumped on her and this was the result of that.
" Shut up, you thieving cat. I will smite you with my arrow even if you are Artemis of this universe."
Angry Artemis aimed her arrow at her but a man appeared in front of her. It was Steve who was holding his new holographic shield in his hand.
" Lady Artemis, please calm down. You are destroying the city."
He persuaded her to calm down, knowing she was unstable because of Orion who would flirt with other women.
" But!"
Just as she was about to refute, she saw Arthur who was glaring at her with a helpless face. He waved his hand to tell her to calm down because she almost destroyed his favorite pond.
" Fine."
Artemis pouted with an angry face, flying away to her home while other Artemis sighed with relief. She turned her head around to thank Arthur who saved her from dilemma.
" Thank you very much. I almost destroyed your home."
But for some reason, she could tell Arthur and Steve were glaring hard when she was expressing her gratitude. Moreover, she knew the reason for their glare because she was a blue God technically like an alien.
" Um, miss. I don't know how to say but are you perhaps from another planet?"
Artemis's face darkened when she heard Steve's words, cursing out her sister for her stupid prank.
" No, I actually look like a human and you might know my name. The humans call me Artemis aka Goddess of Moon and Hunt."
She faked a cough, trying to distract them.
