Chapter 8: Conora Origin

The scenery shows a military, with 100s of soldiers. All of them are ages to 16-25. Half are males, half are females. The main character in this chapter is lined up on the 5th Line, 10 rows and 15 columns. This beautiful light green-haired woman is named Conora Black. Conora Black is a B-Tier Soldier, she is 18, she has been a soldier since the age of 15. She has a 3 years experience. Conora is standing beside her 2 best friends, Arc and Chery. Arc and Chery are twin brother and sister, Arc is more mature and has cyan hair, Chery is more cheerful and has white hair. The chief know as Chief Waltz is telling everyone in the army about the guardian competition. Chief Waltz shouts "Okay men and women! Listen carefully! We are looking for the best of the best soldiers we have! This meeting is for the guardian competition! NOW! LISTEN TO THE CO-CHIEF, YOU MUTTS!" He marches back, the co-chief is a beautiful woman with red hair walks up to them, her name is Shinku Utsukushi. All male soldiers blush and say she is beautiful, Arc doesn't really care about her, so he's the only male soldier that isn't blushing. Shinku says "We shall put all of you in the training area. If I have my eyes on someone, I'm choosing you! Don't disappoint me! You may go now." All of the soldiers go to the training area, all of them were yelling. Arc shakes his head "Idiots..." Chery pats Arc's head "Cheer up, will ya? We could be guardians!" Arc puts his hood up "Not interested." Conora looks at Arc sadly "Arc, why don't you smile?..." Arc looks at Conora "That's none of your business. C'mon, let's go..." Arc runs to the training area, Chery says sadly "Sorry, he's been like that ever since he came here..." Grabs Conora's hand "But he's right, let's go!" She runs to the trading area with Conora.

Chief Waltz yells "YOU DISAPPOINTMENTS, LISTEN UP! BATTLE EACH OTHER BUT DONT CAUSE DEATH!" Conora is shocked "WHAT?! I didn't know we were supposed to fight..." Chery pats her head "You'll do good out there..but hey! We could have a pact! Me, you and Arc don't fight each other during the training! Right, Arc?" "Sure." Arc says with a unenthusiastic tone. Conora looks at Arc, she sighs. Arc says "We should watch out for the S-Tier Soldiers. If we have to fight them, use all your strength." Conora and Chery nod. (By the way, Chery is a B-Tier Soldier, like Conora. Arc, on the other hand, is a A-Tier Soldier. The best ranking you could have is S-Tier. There are only 3 soldiers that are S-Tier, it's that hard.)  Shinku says "Let the battle begin!"

Soldier Battle Royale

All the soldiers run at each other C-Tier to A-Tier, the S-Tiers are standing back, just to give the others a chance. Conora gets hit by one of the guy soldiers, Chery comes in and knocks out the male soldier "I have your back, Conora!" Conora smiles "Thank you...where's Arc?" Chery pointing behind Conora "He's destroying most of the soldiers." Conora looks behind her and sees Arc using his Aura bow on most of the soldiers. Arc punches and kicks soldiers and chokes one with his bow and throws him away, Male Soldier says "Damn you!" Pulls out a Rifle and starts shooting, Arc blocks with his aura, he absorbs the bullets and pushes the Male soldier with the aura. Arc puts his hands in his pocket "70 soldiers down..." Chery claps her hands and hugs Arc "Good job, Arc! Come on! Let's go kick more butt!" Arc sighs "Sure, why not. But, I want to fight the S-Tier soldiers. Showaku Chikara...the most powerful soldier here...Yoku Umeki...the strongest female here....and Akamurasakino Kureiji...the craziest one..." Chery whimpers "I..I don't want to die!" Arc says "Fine, you can stay back." He walks away. Chery groans "Fine! I'll join you!" Arc whispers "I didn't ask you to come, but okay." Conora follows them. Some soldiers go up to the S-Tiers, The soldiers yell "CHARGE!". Showaku Chikara, the most powerful man in the army, he is 7 feet and 5 inches tall, and where's nothing but a hat, jacket, and jeans, and has black short hair, he also has brown eyes. He charges up an attack and says "Meteor Push!" He punches in front of him and a huge force of air charges at the soldiers and knocks out all of them. On his right side, Yoku Umeki, the most powerful woman in the army, she wears a 7 inch jacket, leather pants, and gloves, she has long black hair, she dyed her bangs dark green, she also has dark green eyes. She kisses a soldier, the soldier is now brainwashed, Yoku says "Now~, go defeat the other soldiers for me please~..." The soldier dies what he is told and took out 25 soldiers, Yoku knocks the soldier out and giggles. Akamurasakino Kureiji, the most violent person in the army, his left eye is the colour red, and his right eye has the colour purple, he wears a black jacket with fur on the hoodie, ripped jeans, he also has curly black hair, he dyed some of his bangs red and purple. Akamurasakino is defeating every opponent in his way, he isn't even using his powers to defeat them. He laughs evilly, he sticks his tongue out "These weaklings are pointless to have in the army!" He goes up to Showaku "We need to take out 4 more soldiers...I think...2 B-Tiers...and 2 A-Tiers." Showaku says "Hm. Let them come to us." Akamura nods. Yoku walks up to the guys "Hey~, are we almost done here?~" Showaku nods "We just need to take out B and A Tiers." Yoku giggles "That seems easy~"

Conora, Arc, and Chery stay 15 feet away from The 3 S-Tier, Showaku is a bit confused "There's only 3...where is that 4th one...?" Yoku chuckles "It's fine~, there's enough toys to play with...one for me...one for you...and one for Aka~" Akamura says "Yeah!" Showaku pushes Akamura away "Me and Yoku will handle this, you stand back." Akamura gets mad "I want to have fun too!" Showaku gives him a glare, Akamura isn't frightened, but decides to stand back. Arc shouts "The S-Tiers! Listen, I'm gonna defeat you and prove myself to the chief!" Showaku smirks "You're funny...I can't wait to pummel you into the ground!"

Conora, Arc, Chery vs The S-Tiers

Conora says "You might need help, Arc." She powers up "I can't awaken my aura yet...so sorry if I'm not that helpful.." Arc says "Whatever. Just don't get in my way." Conora nods. Chery says "I'll handle Yoku. I'll show her what I'm made of." Yoku says with a sultry voice "This will be fun~!"

Arc dashes in front of Showaku and starts blasting aura energy at him, Showaku shakes it off and grabs Arc. Conora uses her earth power that she learned from Chief Waltz and slams a huge rock into Showaku. Showaku throws Arc into the huge rock and creates an energy ball "Meteor Crash!" Both the rock and the meteor slam into Arc and creates a huge explosion. Arc takes the explosion like it was nothing, he absorbed the explosion with his aura and blasts it back to Showaku. Showaku pushes it away, Conora creates an earth fist and punches Showaku, Showaku destroys the earth fist and grabs Conora and starts choking her. Conora tries to get out of his grasp but can't, Showaku says "Weak..." he throws Conora into the ground. Arc yells "CONORA!" He summons an aura bow and starts shooting arrows at Showaku. Showaku takes all the blows and dashes to Arc, he punches Arc in the stomach and grabs his head and pummels Arc into the ground. In the other battle, Chery is shooting Yoku with her arrows, Yoku dodges all and kicks Chery in the rib and wraps her legs around Cherry's neck and slams her into the ground, Yoku cackles "I love this!~" Chery growls and punches Yoku off her and turns her bow into a sword. Yoku is interested, she summons a whip with her aura. Chery runs to Yoku, Yoku whips her whip at Chery, she uses her sword to cut the whip in off. Yoku says "Smart girl~..." Chery gets close to Yoku and slashes her. Yoku moans "Oh yes!~ The pain!~" Chery gets frightened "What the he-" Yoku punches Chery across the face. Chery gets sent flying. Yoku says "Time to show you my ultimate ability!~"

Back to the other fight.

Showaku steps on Arc "Useless..." Conora yells "HE IS NOT USELESS!" She grabs Showaku with her massive Earth Fist and buries Showaku into the ground "EARTH SUFFOCATION!" Conora breathes hard "I have a feeling that isn't it..." Showaku explodes the ground and flies up into the sky, he has an angry look on his face "METEOR CRASH!" All the rocks that were launched in the air by the explosion smash into the ground like meteors. Conora covers Arc "I'll protect you.." Arc pushes her out of the way and uses his aura to absorb the rocks. Showaku uses his 40% of his strength to punch Arc, Arc tries to catch his fist "You're not so tough...." He uses his aura to push Showaku away, Showaku barely moves and he still manages to punch Arc. Arc gets slammed into the ground, he gets buried 12 feet into the ground, Conora gets sent flying from the force of the punch. Conora lands near Akamura, Akamura picks Conora up by the hair "Hmm....a beat up toy...time to beat it up MORE!" He kicks her into the hair and jumps into the air "You shouldn't have challenged us..." he kicks Conora into the ground, Akamura now lands back on the ground "But, that wouldn't be fun, right?" Akamura's right eye glows purple "10 Knives!" He summons 10 purple knives with his aura. Conora tries to get up but can't, she looks up at Akamura, Akamura turns the knives into laser beams, "10 beamed knives!" The laser beams start shooting at Conora. Conora creates a boulder with an inside to protect her. Conora says in her head "I need to focus..." Akamura activates his right eye again, he creates a void in his hand and touches the Boulder, he makes an entrance for himself. Akamura says "You can't hide!" Conora growls and punches Akamura with a earth fist and the earth fist drags him into the ground. Before Akamura gets buried in the ground, he turns the laser beams back to knives, the knives start to slash the Boulder into pieces slowly. Conora closes the entrance, Conora concentrates. Flashback: We see Conora training with Shinku, Shinku has a red aura around her "Come on. Try to hit harder." Conora punches and kicks Shinku but she keeps blocking. Shinku punches Conora into the ground "Conora...concentrate..." Conora tries to concentrate but can't, she keeps punching and kicking Shinku. Shinku sighs and kicks Conora in the stomach and blasts her with her red aura. Conora inhales, her eyes glow lime green. Conora activates her aura. Shinku smiles." Back to the present. Conora activates her aura and creates a huge force which destroyed the 10 knives. Akamura comes out of the ground and looks at Conora. Conora had bright lime green aura around her "This is...my true power..." Her eyes glow lime green. Akamura laughs manically, both of his eyes glow red and purple, his left arm turns into an red aura blade, his right arm did the same thing but purple "DUO BLADE!" He dashes to Conora, Conora deactivates his aura blades, Akamura says "What?!" Conora punches Akamura into the ground with an insane amount of force. She creates a huge crater in the ground, Conora says "Zero gravity..." both Conora and Akamura float in the air, Akamura is confused. Conora punches him again with style and creates a bigger crater in the ground. Conora falls into the ground with her aura deactivated, Akamura is unconscious.

Meanwhile, Chery is trying her best to defeat Yoku, Chery starts to shoot arrows again, one of the arrows are an explosive device. Yoku destroys the arrow with the explosive device and it explodes, doing a lot of damage. Yoku says with a sultry voice "How smart~. But, may I introduce you to my ultimate attack?~" Chery shakes her head "No!" Yoku giggles "Too bad!~" Yoku now summons 2 whips and sticks them into the ground and wraps herself with the whips "This is gonna be fun!~~" The whips are now 20x longer than before and they reach Chery, Chery has a scared expression on her face. The whips wrap around Chery's body, Chery says "W-what...What are you doing?!" Yoku smirks "Oh nothing~, just gonna feast on your power real quick~..." Yoku now activates her whips to transfer Chery's power to Yoku, Chery screams in pain, while Yoku moans in delight. Yoku moans "TRANSFER!~~~". Most of Chery's power is inside Yoku, Yoku now releases both of them from the whips. Yoku says "Now~" She raises both her hands and both of her hands spark with power, the spark is the colour green. Yoku says "This is how powerful you truly are!~" She blasts Chery with her own power, Chery is badly damaged. Chery's eyesight is blurry and she can't breathe properly. Yoku giggles.

Arc is still fighting Showaku with all his might, but Showaku head butts Arc, he throws him into the ground and charged up his fist and punches Arc "METEOR CRASH!" Arc is bleeding a lot but won't give up. Arc says weakly "You...you may be strong alone, Showaku..." He gets up. Chery gets up too, Chery/Arc says "But, do you have a bond? If not, you lose this fight! This is my true power!" Arc and Chery stand behind each other with both of their auras glowing bright white and cyan. Arc summons 2 blades, Chery also summons 2 blades, Arc says "Good luck, sis." Chery says "You too, Arc" Both of them dash to their opponents at light speed. Showaku and Yoku are surprised by their speed. Chery slashes Yoku with all of her strength and creates a huge explosion, Yoku says "I-IMPOSSIBLE!~!!!!!", Arc slashes Showaku multiple times but couldn't be seen by the naked eye, Showaku bleeds a lot but still stands. Arc looks at him "We win..." he stabs both of his blades into Showaku and creates a huge explosion. Showaku is knocked out. Captain Waltz and Ms.Utsukushi are surprised, Ms.Utsukushi says "We...we have our winners! Arc and Chery Bower and Conora Black!!" Arc and Chery raises their hands and clench them, both of them say "We won..."

Chery carries Conora to heal up, Conora is still unconscious. Shinku and Waltz walk up to them, Shinku says "We are so proud of you three...we didn't know you were so powerful. You showed us that having bonds can create more power within you." Waltz agrees "Yes. So we gift to you, a chance to be a guardian." They both hand them invitations to the guardian. Shinku explains "However, the S-tiers will be joining. Because they are still strong." Arc says "Fine..." Waltz says "Get healed up first. Then go."

A couple hours later

Conora waves good bye to the army, Shinku says "We'll come watch you." Waltz nods. Conora gives a thumbs up. Arc and Chery are waiting for Conora. Conora runs up to them "Okay! Let's go!" Yoku says "Wait~!" All 3 of them look behind them, they see the S-Tiers walking up to them, Yoku says "You guys put up a good fight~. We would like to join you on the way there.~" Chery is uncomfortable "S-sure..." Showaku had his arms crossed and started walking, Akamura was walking beside him. Arc looks at them, he shakes his head and starts walking. Conora follows them, Yoku smiles and walks next to Chery.

The next competitors for the guardian competition are on their way! Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! Now, I will be creating a wiki for all the characters shown in this story, but, we aren't done yet with this chapter. So, continue

Conora, Arc, Chery, Showaku, Yoku, and Akamurasakino arrive at the location. They take a look around, they see lots of individuals, including some of our other main characters. A familiar person walks up to them "PEASANTS! GET OUT OF HERE!" It was Diablo Zeron, Conora is confused. Diablo yells "I AM THE NEXT GUARDIAN! I AM SUPERIOR THAN ALL 6 OF YOU!" Akamura gets pissed off "SHUT UP OR I'LL KILL YOU!" Diablo says "YOU SHUT UP YOU PAWN". Showaku walks away to a quieter place. Yoku still looks around "Hm...~, I wonder if there is anyone interesting here~..." Arc, Chery, and Conora walk away from Diablo and Akamura. We see Blood Cexus talking with Hope, Blood says "So, how did you get your power?" Hope shrugs "I don't know, I just simply just listened to music." Yuziarhu walks up to Blood "Hey. Wanna learn Seishin now?" Blood says "Uh. I would rather stick with my own style." Scarlet pulls on Blood's arm "Who are these women?" Blood says "Just friends, don't worry." Yoku walks up to Blood. Blood notices Yoku, his nose bleeds like crazy "Woah! That woman is half naked!" Yuziarhu crosses her arms, Hope gets mad a bit. Scarlet just holds Blood's arm. Yoku grabs Blood's face "Now, you're an interesting one~. I can tell just by looking at you...~" She kisses Blood for a couple of seconds. Hope, Yuziarhu, Scarlet scream. Blood just lets Yoku kiss him, he does nothing about it. Yoku now stops and giggles "Have a nice day, honey~." She walks away. Blood doesn't know what happened.

Corona stands in front of the arena and inhales "I'm...going to be a guardian!"
