From Shadow

"Have you ever made a life and death choice?" the therapist asks for confirmation. But Clark feels a dilemma.

'Do I answer or not?'

Meanwhile, the therapist observed Clark as he was trying to make a decision.

"It's not necessary to tell me the situation in which you made the choice if you are uncomfortable with talking about it. I need to know if you ever did." Asked the therapist.

Clark doesn't have any reply. He chooses not to talk. He started to sweat as he became more uncomfortable and started remembering some nasty stuff he saw. Being a cop is not without its downside.

'That Nora really has it easy. I couldn't even deny the case when it came to me. Nobody knows how much I wanted to refuse.'

'No! This is my chance to show that I am better than these newcomers.' he refuted his thoughts.

'I am becoming paranoid. I need to calm down.'

Clark thought as he slowly calmed down. He took some long breaths to calm down.
