A Pirate Wedding

Spade was actually looking pretty handsome for a man of his size. He had trimmed the edges of his beard, not too much, just enough that he looked very much put together. He wore his best black clothes and even though he was probably feeling cold, he only had one scarf on him and it was made of silk.

Serenica saw him glancing towards the deepest part of the grove. She saw a glimmer in his eyes that might have been tears.

Finally, when she thought she might start crying as well, the bride arrived.

Myorka was stunning in her white wedding gown. It was clear that she had spared no expense when getting it made – it had been decorated with the most perfect of round white pearls and golden embroidery circled its heart-shaped neckline, made into the shape of the skull in the flag of their ship.
