"What?" Edna questioned Olly as she chewed her food

"What?" She replied back

"Why are you staring?" Edna asked again

"Nothing, I was just waiting for you to say something" Olly replied

"Something like what?" Edna raised a brow

"Like anything" Olly sighed

"Stop being tipsy." Edna rolled her eyes at her. "Well, about your school, I already spoke with the principal of Frazer college. So, you'll be resuming there as soon as the holiday is over and that would be next month, okay? She's Poppy by name so you need to address her politely by saying Mrs Poppy, is that clear?"

"I've heard but not agreed" Olly blurted out making a puppy eye

"Stop being rude" Edna scolded

"I'm not mom, I was only kidding" Olly said and she laughed

"But you have a sharp mouth, do you know?" I asked her

"Yes I know 'cos you just told me" Olly replied giggling

"I've signed the form they gave me and all you need to do is to give it to your principal when you resume, I mean your first day at school" Edna reminded her

"Alright!" Olly said

"And also, I'll only take you there in the morning, mind you, I'll only stop at the gate and you'll go in yourself. By closing, you're also coming back home all by yourself because you don't expect me to do that much for you"

"What! But mom..." Olly exclaimed

"No buts" Edna interrupted her

"That's not fair" Olly shot at her

"Then stay at home" She shot back at Olly and stood up, holding her plates in her hands before heading to the kitchen

"That's not fair" Olly said again grumbling to herself.
