Missing

Myth was worried, her brother Ash was missing and no one had seen him. Stoless, Dolona and Marry were already thinking that he was dead. Of course she knew that one doesn't simply dissappeare for months without reasons.

'Someone could have kidnapped him.' she thought. Then she thought about how old Ash was. A normal eight year old kid, couldn't survive without its parents. Then she remembered than Ash had his 8th birthday last week.

Myth was worried about him, but she knew from her teachers, which had also tought Ash, that her little brother was a tough kid. She knew, whereever he would be, he would survive with ease.

Knowing that, her heart warmed and she stepped outside of the house she used to call home and took her first step to become an elite guardian.

Marry, who had secretly hated her brother because he always seemed to be better at everything, did feel happy. She, however, stepped outside of her home, and started her bountyhunter training, because she wanted to capture the fifth hero, who had betrayed the kingdom.

Stoless and Dolona were both happy and sad at the same time. They realy didn't want their son, who had always been happy with no trace of worries, grow up in this world.

The king was furious. "How can this stupid little commener of a hero betray my kingdom! He should have been thankfull that I offered my time to him! How, just how could he think about treating my kingdom like that! General! Bring me this little brat. And don't you dare kill him!" It sounded like the king realy hated the fifth hero, but no one knew how much.

' I've never been treated like that. Hmmm.... . No-no-no-no stop thinking about such things! Why in gods name am i feeling like this?!' Gordon, this was the kings name, felt like crying. He couldn't stop thinking about those green eyes, which left him feeling like he was standing ontop of a hill with gras moving like waves in the wind. Maybe, but only if this strange hero came back, he would try to figure out what this feeling ment.

While his majesty was cought up in daydreams and thoughts, the four heros where depressed. "Did we realy treat him that poorly, i mean, we talked to him and we... . Oh, we realy treated him like garbadge." said Lucy.

"Why do you think that way! We weren't bad friends at all. I even let him wash my clothes." Lucy stared at Luke. "How retarded are you? Do you realy think that he would think that friends were suposed to wash your clothes!" Mark shouted. "Calm down! Lucy is right. We didn't treat him well, but he still overreacted." "He should have felt honored to carry me through the palace. He probably never touched a woman before." Mayple said with a smile.

Mark and Lucy, were disgusted. Where were the manners of those two. Did they realy make him do those things. "By the way, does anyone of you know his name?" Lucy asked. She didn't expect Luke and Mayple to answer and nor they did. Mark stared into the air. "How is that even possible, weren't we supposed to introduce ourselfs including the names?" he asked.

Meanwhile, Ash was arriving at the Grand Red Palace, which belonged to the demi king and it stood right in the middle of their capital. "May i ask your name?" asked one of the guards Ash. Arkron, who looked like a wolf, told Ash to be quiet.

While they were walking towards the palace, Ash got a notification.

[ You have unlocked your natural abilities. ]

[ WARNING: You need to draw the attention of the gods.]

[ "Cursed Chains" unlocked ]

As he read through it, his pupils widened. "This is b..." he couldn't finish his sentence. Red and Silver chains broke out of the ground and pulled him to the floor. Arkron didn't have the time to react and right after Ash was on the ground, Ash warned them. " What ever you do, don't touch the chains!" he screamed. After a short time of trying to break free, Ash started to twist his body.

First he broke his wrists and pulled them out of the chains, then he broke his ankles and pulled them out too. Now there were only three chains left. One was on his neck, one around his chest and the last one around his hips. While everyone who watched got freaked out, Ash continued his breakfree. Now he put his already broken hands on the chains around his neck. He tore it apart with his hands and continued with his chest. This time, he tooke a deep breath and tore the chains once again apart. Finaly, when he touched the last chain around his hip, it crumbled. Ash knew what was going to happen. The chains, which had lain on the ground, rose again but this time, they wraked around his body and dissapeared. Ashs bones started healing immediatly. Alongside the chains, there was something new. Ashs eyes were now surrounded by tattoos.

Ash didn't need to look in a mirror, he already knew what had happened. The chains belonged to him. They were once drained in holy water, but after Ash had broken free from them in his past life, they turned to cursed chains. His tatoos however, they appeared in his face while he had been tortured.

"Are you okay? It did look like you had imens pain." Arkron asked. Ash stared at him. "Well actually that was somehow refreshing. Ofcourse it hurt, but i am used to the pain. Sigh..Can we just go to the king already, i don't feel like standing around after this."
