Mission... Accomplished...

"What do you think you're doing?!" She looked furious.

He shook his head wildly and continued running up the stairs. "I don't have time for this!" He shouted as he reached the top step and grabbed Ana's hand.

"Come with me, we'll talk about this later!" He yelled as he started running pulling her behind him.

The two sprinted through the commons as Jin looked at a clock nearby, 5:20 pm.

(Please… Please make it on time!) Jin thought to himself as he dropped his bag and began running harder with Ana now struggling to keep up.

SLAM!!! The heavy, metal, gymnasium door hit the wall as Jin ran in, struggling to catch his breath. Luckily no one had heard it with all the shouting and cheering going on.

"Wow… I didn't know there were competitions… for cheer..." Ana said through deep breaths.

Jin stared at the sight in front of him in concern. There were so many high school girls, each with different outfits all clumped up together. In a crowd like this it would be impossible for them to find Grey, let alone for Grey to find Chandler.

He realized that he couldn't do anything more for the two of them and started making his way towards the top of the bleachers.

"Hey Where are you going?" Ana asked as Jin walked past her, quickly following.

The two made it to the top and found Grey. He was struggling to swim through large groups of girls that were surrounding him. Anyone with the same school colors as their school, blue and red, would be turned around and attracted by Grey.

Grey continued to swim through the group turning over every girl that had brown hair and was wearing blue and red. He kept going and going and going as the starting time of the competition trickled closer and closer. Soon he made it to the otherside of the gym without any success. He grabbed the wall and hunched over trying to catch his breath and calm his mind. He pulled out his phone and stared at the white text that read, 5:29. He cursed to himself and slammed his fist against the wall before touching his head to it. He knew that there was no way he could find one person in this crowd of nearly a thousand.

"Grey..." A gentle voice said behind him.

Grey's eyes widened as he turned around to see a cute girl with her brown hair tied into a ponytail. She had deep blue eyes underneath which were two black lines, similar to what Grey put on during his games. She was wearing a blue and red cheerleading outfit with flat white shoes bringing together the whole look.

"Chandler..." Grey whispered.

"What are you doing here?" She asked.

"I-I-I-" He stuttered trying to gather his thoughts.

"Attention all audience members and performers, the competition is about to start, I repeat the competition is about to start!" The loud voice boomed over the mic.

"Ah, looks like I gotta go… I'll see you later." She said as she turned away.

"Wait!" Grey said as he grabbed her hand, "I need to tell you something!"

He tried spinning her around while she was already mid turn to bring her closer than he intended to. In a second she was inches from Grey's chest and Grey, a few inches above her head. The two held onto each other, with each one feeling the others heartbeat slowly rising with every passing second. Suddenly it felt like someone had turned on the heater as the two began to turn red. Butterflies began settling in their stomachs as Grey took a deep breath.

"I like you." Grey whispered as he hugged her tighter, "Will you go out with me?"

Her eyes widened as a smile grew on her face. She edged closer to Grey, wrapping her arms around him more comfortable and tightly.

She pressed her head against his chest. "I'm a cheerleader, loud, popular, and have a hidden dark side." She said.

Grey smiled. "Yeah… I know… and I don't mind..." He said hugging her more tightly.

"I like you too Grey," She said after a few seconds, "Yes, I'll go out with you."

The time around them slowed as they held onto one another, neither of them wanting to let go.
