Eugene Parker

"That is awesome", Carter, once again couldn't contain the awe he was feeling. This was like the best day of his life. "Scary? Yes, but still awesome".

"I don't know why but I kinda feel like that's how a demon would look like", Cashel commented which earned him a hard nudge in his side from Kyra.

Kyra knew that Jason didn't really like being 'not human', and she thought that saying that he looked like a demon would just hurt his feelings.

"He's just kidding. You look nothing like a demon", Kyra said. "In fact I dig it".

Jason smiled. He couldn't see himself so he was gonna have to take Kyra's words for it.

Charles hummed as he closely examined the changes Jason had gone through. He snapped his fingers and a mirror appeared in his hand which he handed to Jason. Jason took it and looked at his face as Charles started to explain.

"I think the claws and the double fangs might be the result of taking the wonder fruit while in the process of evolving with werewolf venom in your system. The wonder fruit must have reverse engineered it", Charles explained to Jason.

"Like a vaccine for a disease?", Ivan asked.

"Yes. Instead of completely getting rid of the venom, the wonder fruit rather reverse engineered it to create antibodies against it. And I'm guessing the claws and the double fangs are additional benefits", Charles explained.

Jason nodded. He had a gist of what going on. With a thought, his face returned back to normal and he put the mirror down after having a look at his

"So what? Werewolf venom is no longer venomous to him now?", Ivan asked.

"That 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 be the case", Charles replied.

"But if it's no longer venomous to him, shouldn't it be turning him instead?", Kyra asked.

Werewolf venom was only venomous to most undead. If the venom from a primordial bloodline werewolf or an alpha werewolf was injected into a human, it would turn the human into a werewolf too.

An average werewolf wouldn't be able to turn a person into a werewolf since their venom isn't strong enough, but the bite mark would have a higher chance of getting infected if not properly treated. It would still be lethal towards an undead thought.

The venom was no longer venomous to Jason, it didn't that mean that it would turn him into something else instead, since the venom was from Cashel who was a primordial bloodline werewolf.

"No", Charles answered. "He's immune to werewolf venom now. Which means it's completely ineffective against him. The claws and the double fangs are just extra benefits from the wonder fruit aside from making him immune".

Everyone nodded in understanding.

"What about the dark blue veins under his eyes?", Wilson asked.

"Yeah. Aren't they supposed to be black?", Ivan was also curious.

"Yes, but no actually", Charles started to explain. "Veins are mostly colorless. They only appear blue or green". He let out a sigh and said, "If I were to talk about that, then I'd have to talk about science and stuff. And I wouldn't want to brag but I do know quite a lot about it than the average professor, so I'm gonna skip it.

"And no again, cause the 'veins' that appear under a vampire's eyes aren't actually veins. They only appear under their eyes when they are in their predatory state. They also only appear on the surface of the skin and not under. And I'm guessing that Jason's turned blue because of the magical energy that Bryce channelled from the gem when performing the evolution ritual".

The 'veins' that appear on a vampire's face weren't actual veins but just black lines that look like veins and they also only appeared on the surface of the skin and not underneath it. They only appear, when a vampire is in their predatory state. Other than that, the vampire has complete control over them, just like the fangs and the black eyes. Jason's had now only turned blue because of the gem in Bryce's possession. Just like how Bryce's eyes glow blue when he aachannels magic from it.

"So what can you do now?", Cashel asked, making everyone look at him. "When a pokemon evolves, it usually gets a new skill. So what new skill did you get?".

"Well, I've already gotten stronger, faster too...", Jason answered.

"Don't forget the Illusory pain", Bryce added.

"Illusory pain? What is that?", Wilson asked.

"I can make people - or even animals - feel any kind of pain that isn't actually there", Jason answered. He still didn't know the extent if his new ability since it was just that; new.

"It's really terrible. I learnt a similar spell which I used against Cash last night. It's like the worst pain ever but amplified", Bryce added.

"And you use that on me?", Cashel's eyes went wide when he heard what Bryce said. He didn't remember anything that happened last night since it was his first transformation but they told him the gist of what went on. The fact that Bryce used such a spell on him really bothered him.

"You didn't even last ten seconds before you lost consciousness from all the pain", Bryce said. He didn't seem to be bother as much as Cashel was about it.

"Wait, if it's Illusory, won't it be useless against someone if they know it just an illusion?", Carter asked.

"Yes, it might be useless if they know it's not real but it might not if his ability is strong enough", Charles answered.

Some illusions disappear when the targeted individual sees through it or knows it's not real while some will still be in effect if its source of magic is strong enough. If the magic is strong enough, the illusion might even be tangible and or have a consciousness of its own.

Wilson glanced at the watch on his arm and let out a sigh. It was well past three in the afternoon and school was already over so he needed be on his way back. He was a busy man, even though not most of the time.

"I should get going. There's some work I need to get back to at the school", he announced. "I can come pick you up later if you want", he said to Jason.

"Nah. It's okay", Jason said.

"Okay, then. I'll see everyone later", Wilson waved goodbye before heading for the door.

"We've gotta bolt too", Ivan said which made Carter groan in protest. "I was supposed to be home all day today. Jacqui's gonna kill me if I'm not back soon". Jacqueline "Jacqui" Dahlia-De León is the wife of Ivan and the mother of Carter.

"But dad, can't I stay for a while", Carter grumbled to his dad. He didn't want to leave just yet. He wanted to see more magic stuff.

"𝑁𝑜 𝑚𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒", Ivan suddenly said in Spanish. (T: Don't make me drag you out)

Carter sighed in defeat.

"Bye guys", Carter said as he walked to where his jacket was hanging and took it before following his dad out the door.

He took out his phone and saw the dozens of texts and missed calls from both Mitch and Zane. He had been stupefied and amazed all day by the abilities of the others that he didn't even think to check his phone. He'd have to call both of his best friends later and maybe lie to them a little.

Eugene was unlike other werewolves. He was stronger, faster and basically a better werewolf but he didn't have a primordial bloodline. Eugene was in fact, a werepire - or a vaewolf.

Werepires are werewolves that have been turned into vampires and or vise versa. Humans can also be turned into werepires. They, like any other hybrid, have the abilities of both parents species - vampires and werewolves. Just like how hybrids can reproduce and turn others into hybrids, vaewolves could only turn other vaewolves and reproduce.

Without the blood of an already turn werepire or the help of a spell caster, other werepires can not be created. A vampire would die from a werewolf bite and a werewolf wouldn't be able to come back alive in transition from dying with vampire blood in their system or they would rather die in transition. Their bodies would reject the vampire blood due to a natural law.

The first werepire was created by the help of a powerful spell caster since werewolves can't be able to become vampires and vise versa due to nature forbidding it with the natural law - just like how vampires can't give birth. A spell caster is any creature with the ability to cast spells: creatures like; human witches, fairies, demons, etcetera.

Before Eugene became a werepire, he was a power hungry werewolf. He killed the alpha of his pack and gained the alpha status but he didn't think it was enough. He wanted more power.

One night, he was approached by a being that was shrouded in an absurd amount of demonic energy. The demon introduced himself as Painoth. Painoth told Eugene about the existence of hybrids and werepires. Being as power hungry as he was, Eugene wanted to become a hybrid. He searched and searched for vaewolves that would turn him but his search proved to be futile.

Eugene only became a werepire with the help of Painoth who gave him werepire blood. Eugene still didn't think it was enough. He still wanted more power. He had a plan to create the most powerful pack to ever exist in the supernatural world. And what better way to execute his plan than to create a pack full of werepires.

He tried to create other werepires with his blood but they would all die in transition. He tried and tried again but failed. Painoth later revealed to him that he had cursed him with the inability to create other werepires. To break the curse, they made a deal.

Painoth then told Eugene about three gems called "Celestial Gems". After hearing about the power the gems contained, Eugene wanted at least one for himself. The deal was that Eugene would find the three celestial gems. He would keep one for himself and the other two to Painoth. After finding the gems, Painoth would release him from the curse. Eugene wanted the power. People would bow down to him and won't even dare to go against him.

Like every cliché supervillain, Eugene also wanted world domination after getting the gems. He would reveal the existence of the supernatural to the world and then even start a war between humans and supernaturals. If that even happened, there would be a clear winner. After that, with the help of the gems, he would become the strongest person and the world would be his.

So cliché.

Eventually, in the early 1807, he found a witch family that knew the location of the gems. This family was actually a coven full of powerful witches, called the Hewson Coven. He 'politely' asked for the gems but they refused him so he slaughtered almost all of them with the help of Painoth. The survivors were the ones that either weren't interested in magic or found magic to be evil.

Janet, an old witch, was the only survivor who knew the location of the gems. Janet ran away before Eugene could get her. With her, she took the kids of the coven leader and his three wife's children.

One day in 1818 Eugene found Janet again and went to threaten her into giving him the location of the gems. What Eugene didn't expect was the old witch, turning younger and beating him black and blue. Luckily, Painoth saved him, otherwise he'd be dead.

Eugene went back again, now prepared to face the old witch but found no one. Eugene searched for others who knew of the gems but found none.

After two more centuries of searching, he came across a witch called Lena Grimm - or rather, Lena Clinton as she liked to be called. Lena was also very interested in finding the gems so they decided to partner up. They came back to Beaconsdale, the same town Eugene found Janet, back in 1818, after Lena told him some clues of the whereabout of the three gems. And now both of them were so close to finding the celestial gems and achieving their goals.

On their way to Beaconsdale, Eugene decided to recruit both vampires and werewolves to join him. He was able to recruit many vampires and werewolves. He would turn them all into werepires after Painoth remove the curse on him after he gets the gems.
