"Okay so what do you need for this date?" EvaLyn asked. "He asked me to pick the restaurant and I obviously need something to wear." I sighed. I gravitated to my bed and picked up my phone. Lucian still hadn't texted. EvaLyn glared at me. "What?" I asked innocently. "My brother really likes you." She mumbled. "I know! But I feel drawn to Lucian. I can't explain it. It's like I've already fallen in love and I don't even know him!" Her face twisted up like she was eating something sour.
"I'm still going on that date with Everett, but no offense, I want to see if Lucian is game. Now where should we go?" I asked. I really needed help not drama. "Oriole or Kyoten." She said sighing. I sped texted Lucian.
I: {Oriole or Kyoten . . . I honestly don't care where we go}
I looked up from my phone to find EvaLyn inspecting me. "If you go to any of those places you'll want to dress finely. If Lucian," She spat his name like it was venom. "Is as nice as you believe, you'll want to dress seductively to win his heart." I grinned at the thought of him being mine. "Should I wear something red or something else?" I asked. My phone buzzed. I yanked it off my bed.
L: {Oriole is nice}
I grinned EvaLyn was making things happen. "Ask him what he's going to wear to the date." EvaLyn said. I swear she had a sixth sense. How did she know I was texting him?
I: {What are you wearing to the date?}
L: {A blue tux. . . wanna pic?}
I struggled to keep from blushing. I knew it was just harmless flirting. Nothing more.
I: {If you want to lover boy}
"I need to wear something blue." I told EvaLyn. She grinned at me. "Why?" She purred. "Lucian is wearing blue. We should match." I threw my phone on the bed. "No not blue. Wear green and keep him on your left. Just trust me." EvaLyn called from my closet. Great now my closet would be a mess.
"Breasts, legs, or hips? All of them? Just two?" She asked. "All?" I really didn't get that question. "You have gold heels wear them. If you have gold hoops wear those too. And bright red lipstick. You should be fine if you do all of that with this dress." She held up one of my old clubbing outfits. "Ummm, no. I used to wear that to the club." I said cringing. "And your going to wear it to a date and look amazing." She squealed. I groaned I guess I would be wearing it. It's not like I had any better ideas.
I walked out of my room to find Everett glaring at EvaLyn. "What happened?" I asked. Everett's eyes flicked to me and softened. "EvaLyn is being a bitch." Everett whined. "No I am not! You have to believe me Inayah." EvaLyn purred. I looked at both of them. "You guys are so annoying. I'm not going to pick." I groaned. "Pick me! We are going out." Everett whined, latching himself onto my right arm. "We were friends first. Right Inayah!" EvaLyn whined, latching herself onto my left arm. They tugged me left and right. "Fine! I pick Everett." I said quickly. EvaLyn let me go, while Everett grinned at me stupidly. He picked me up and spun me around. I giggled as the world spun round and round. Then his lips were on mine stealing my air. I felt the ground underneath my feet. We pulled away from the kiss grinning.
