"This place is amazing!" Lilly cried as we toured our new apartment. 


"This place is temporary till we move to Paris remember?" I smirked looking at the walk in pantry. 


"I know that but still. It's amazing right?" 


"Yes, for our first home, it is amazing. Can I go get ready for bed? I do have a few job interviews tomorrow." I smirked thinking of starting a new life, one where I didn't have to be this princess that had no say in anything. 


"I bet you're going to miss that barista." Lilly wiggled her eyebrows at me and threw her bag on the couch. Luckily this apartment was furnished. 


"Not really. I didn't know him all that well honestly." I shrugged as I walked into what would be my room. 


"Awe, come on. I thought you liked him?" She whined dropping her bag and following me into my room. 


"I did like him. As a friend. That's it." I rolled my eyes as I pulled out a small bag containing my bathroom essentials.
