Chapter 14.

Alpha Laiyeni prided gurself with the ability to stay calm at all situations, assess them and find a reasonable answer to what would be happening, however gur mind was stumped at the sight that was before gur.

After leaving Rishio in the elevator, Ourine and gur flew towards the house, the flight was silent and uneventful if one could ignore the stares that the child was directing to gur.

“What?” alpha Laiyeni finally asked finally not able to stand the staring.

“When did you get your locks?” the child asked clearly admiring the alpha’s hair as it was blown by the wind.

“All alphas get their locks after they go through the Shedding. It’s a sign of the beginning of a very long journey.” The alpha answered.

“But why can I not just keep my hair the way it is?” Ourine asked clearly eager to learn more.

Alpha Laiyeni looked at the child who seemed to struggle to keep up with the grown alpha, slowing down to a much more manageable pace for the child the alpha sked,

“Do you not know anything about your gender? Hasn’t your omegan guardian taught you anything?”

Ourine, who was keeping up with the alpha with ease, looked at the alpha and answered with a shrug,

“It’s not that yey has not taught me anything, it’s just that it feels weird to ask yey’r about my gender.”

“hmm.” Alpha Laiyeni responded affirming the child that gur understood how gur felt.

“Being the only “S” class alpha around other alpha’s is hard. Most of the time you feel like an outsider.” Alpha Laiyeni said.

Ourine beamed at the alpha’s words getting excited that gur started to fly backwards in front of the alpha as gur replied,

“Exactly! And what makes it worse is that everyone treats me differently, from my friends to my teachers they treat me as if I am another creature. It sucks big time.” Ourine finished with a pout.

Chuckling, Alpha Laiyeni replied,

“Well to them you are another creature, to be mor accurate another class.”

“I do not like that,” Ourine started with a huff while flying back to the alpha’s side,

“I with that everyone would treat me the way Rishy does.” The young alpha added.

“Oh? And how is that?” Alpha Laiyeni asked.

“Well, normal.” The child answered.

“That might be hard since you are an extremely rare alpha and for some reason the society will stat expecting so much from you.” Alpha Laiyeni said after a short pause.

“Really? Like what?” Ourine asked.

Giving the child a side glance and a smirk alpha Laiyeni answered,

“Do not worry about that right now kid, that is grown up stuff.”

Alpha Laiyeni almost burst out in laughter seeing how the child’s expression changed from enthusiasm to disappointment as gur started to whine,

“Why do grownups do that? If you were not going to tell me then do not tell me at all. Rishy and you are the same, all grownups are the same.” Ourine complained.

“Well, it true, it is grownup stuff so for now you just worry about being a kid.” Alpha Laiyeni answered still amused by the child who turned away from gur to express just how angry gur was.

“How childish.” Alpha Laiyeni thought to gur'self.

Seeing that they were arriving gur told the child,

“Prepare to land we are almost there.”

Almost immediately the child’s enthusiasm returned, clearly wanting to be reunited with gur’s guardian, as gur turned towards the house getting ready to land.

After they both were on the balcony and before the child could rush inside alpha Laiyeni said to gur,

“I will answer any questions you have about our gender.”

“Really? Thank you.” Ourine said beaming as gur rushed towards the alpha and hugged gur’s legs.

“I got to tell Rishy.” With that said the Ourine ran inside to tell gur’s guardian about what happened and who may be gur’s future Teacher. That left alpha Laiyeni at the balcony as gur locked up.

That was five minutes ago, now the alpha was trying to make sense of what was going on presently in front of gur.

The child who just left gur was trying to attack gur’s fa, but gur’s efforts were not rewarded as gur’s fa was literally holding Ourine back with gur’s right foot while gur had the omega over gur’s head laughing at the child’s efforts while teasing gur,

“Better hurry up child before I eat your beloved omega.” Alpha Ejana teased the child who seemed to be fighting for gur’s life as gur was huffing and puffing below gur’s foot.

“Give me back Rishy!” the child shouted, trying to fly towards alpha Ejana who restrained gur effortlessly under gur’s foot.

“Would you PLEASE PUT ME DOWN!” Rishio shouted already tired of the game the alpha was playing.

“Not until you savior does gur’s job.” Alpha Ejana answered amusedly.

“What is happening?” Alpha Laiyeni decided to break gur’s silence as gur was not able to figure out what was going on.

The three of them turned to look at gur, only then had they noticed gur’s presence.

Ourine quickly fluttered to gur’s side and started to pull gur towards Rishio and the unknown alpha,

“Help me, this bad alpha wants to eat Rishy.” Ourine pleaded with the alpha almost breaking into tears.

“What?” The alpha asked again directing a questioning look towards gur’s fa who started laughing while placing Rishio back on the floor. Rishio huffed at the alpha Ejana’s antics as yey straightened yey’r crumpled up clothes, the alpha shrugged in response clearly not seeing what wrong gur had done.

“Riiiiisssshhhyyy.” Ourine cried out while running towards yey’r, making sure to avoid alpha Ejana immediately the alpha released yey’r. Crashing into yey’r legs ang hugging them tight, Ourine looked up at the omega while sniffling and tears flooding gur’s eyes.

“I am sorry I could not help you.” The child sputtered out, sobs breaking gur’s voice.

“Aww child, you fought well and that’s all that matters, besides gur cannot do anything to me even if gur wanted to.” Rishio cooed at Ourine as yey bent down to pick gur up placing gur on yey’r waist where Ourine clung to yey’r and burrowed gur’s face against yey’r neck. Sobs still racking through gur’s body.

“I have no idea what I have just seen but I never want to see it again.” Alpha Laiyeni commented earning a laugh from gur’s alpha parent.

“Come here child do you also want a hug?” Alpha Ejana asked gur’s oldest child mimicking Rishio’s tone, earning a glare from the omega.

Meanwhile alpha Laiyeni shuddered at gur’s fa’s tone and words,

“Please stop.” Was all gur said.

Laughing once more at gur’s child’s reaction, Alpha Ejana proved to Rishio that the alpha never changed. Gur was a joyful human, so it did not make sense how gur sired such the alpha before them.

“Maybe gur get it from gur’s omegan parent side.” Rishio thought to yey'rself.

“Where is your sibling?” Alpha Ejana asked Laiyeni seeing that gur’s other child was not present.

“On patrol, I hope.” Alpha Laiyeni answered with tiredly, exhausted at the thought of gur’s sibling.

“Call gur and tell gur not to miss dinner, we have guests and if gur values gur’s life, Gur. Will. Be. Here.” Alpha Ejana said using gur’s alpha voice to get gur’s point across.

“Why are you angry at me? Gur is the one who is not here.” Alpha Laiyeni argued surprising Rishio with the childish tone gur took.

“Because you are here and gur’s not also you are the oldest take care of gur.” Alpha Ejana answered.

“Gur is a fully grown alpha, gur can take care of gurself.” Alpha Laiyeni mumbled under gur’s breathe.

“What was that? “Alpha Ejana asked while raising gur’s eyebrow at the child before gur.

Jolting up Alpha Laiyeni answered,

“I said I was going.” As gur stomped out, not happy with the chore gur was given but valued gur’s life too much to talk back at gur’s Fa.

Rishio chuckled at the sight of the leaving alpha,

“You three seem to be having fun.”

Cracking a side smile at Rishio’s word, alpha Ejana answered,

“You have no idea. Now let me show you two to your room.”
