After 3 years~
"Good morning! How was your sleep?" Mila asked while putting the newly cooked porridge on the table.
"Mom! I can't believe about my dream!" Jaimey exclaimed making all of them look at her.
"Why? What is it? Is it bad? What will happen? Tell me!" Daisy said excited to hear the story.
"Oh come on! Too many questions." Jaimey pouted and looked at everyone. "Anyway, it's about you Daisy." She said and they were all surprised, mostly Daisy. "I don't know why, but in my dreams, I saw you glowing red-orange nonstop, and when I was about to reach out for you, a black aura quickly toke over your whole body and then you were out of my sight... A weird dream maybe?" Jaimey asked, making them all silent.
"What kind of dream even is that? You mean to tell me that I have some sort of glowing body? HA! I've lived here for three years, but still... No magic, no powers, so don't tell me about nonsense." She laughed unbelievably at she sat at one of the chairs.
"I don't think she's just playing with you dear." Their father said, making the two of them look at him. "That kind of dream might mean something."
"Oh here we go again... Dad, even if that dream of hers comes true, it might not be me. I don't even have anything especial inside me, so how come that she said I am the one in her dreams."
"But I am telling the truth... You were in my dreams." Jaimey said and looked at her seriously.
"Maybe a coincidence? Maybe your always thinking about me having supernatural abilities, making you dream of something impossible?" Daisy asked raising her right brows. Jaimey on the other hand giggled guiltily as she scrath her nape.
"Sorry about that." She said and they all laughed in the end.
"Right... About Daisy, she always seemed in pain, cause I sometimes saw her holding her left chest." Mailey said making Mila and her husband look at her.
"I'm fine, really... Nothing to worry about." Daisy answered.
"You could've still told us. That's a serious problem if you don't know... It's your heart we're talking about anyway. And if anything bad happens to you, the palace might punish us for it." Their father said, making Daisy pout and silent.
"Next time, please tell us if you felt anything bad, ok? For us to take care of it... We are your family now, so please... Tell us everything that bothers you, for us to help in anyway we can." Mila said and Daisy nodded at this.
"Speaking of bothering... Did you guys remember the old man we've help three years ago?" Daisy asked making her sisters look at her.
"What about him?" Mailey asked.
"That was the first time I felt something bad... I felt odd around him. Something weird, like, I think I knew him, but I can't really tell." She said making Mila drop the spoon she was using for the porridge. "Whoa! Are you alright mom? Did I say something bad?" She asked and Mila just waved her head, telling no.
After a minute of talking, they all finished eating, and Mailey was assigned to wash the dishes. Jaimey cleaned the mess on the table, while Daisy cleaned the rooms.
It didn't take an hour when they all finished, making them take a bath, then after that, they all agreed to play outside again, but Mila stopped Daisy.
"Why can't I join them today mom?" She asked confused.
"It's about Jaimey's dream dear, also about what you told us of the old man... I can't seem to forget, and I feel something bad." Mila said, looking worried.
"A mother's instinct perhaps? It's just for one day dear, please listen for now, you can go out tomorrow for sure." Mila's husband said, and Daisy went back to her room unsure of what to do. The other two went out together.
Mila's husband went out to work and Mila was just on the table reading some magazines. Daisy was sitting near her window, when she saw a kid being bullied. Same as her age, but it was a boy. Also, this boy just looks down like nothing is happening and was about to walk away, when the other kids, three of them, pushed him, making him drop, still looking down.
"Why doesn't he fight?" She asked herself, her eyebrows knitted. She also realized, that this was the first time he saw this boy. But unlike her first walk outside, this boy was being bullied.
"You know what? You're nothing but a weak, weak fella... Why don't you go back to your home and cry in front of your mother? And don't ever come out again!" The bully said, and they all laughed. Daisy recognized the bully, but she didn't reacted. She just watched everything that's happening like a director watching it's actor do their job perfectly.
"Come on! Fight us you coward!" Another kid said and stepped on the bullied's hand, making him groan in pain, but he didn't scream or shouted.
Daisy looked confused at the bullied boy who is still looking down without even saying anything.
"Tch! This one is no good... He doesn't even talk."
"Maybe he's a mute or something?"
"Nah... I think he's just pissin' us off. Maybe he want's to be hurt more?" The main bully said and held the boy's hair then held him up. "What do you say?" He said and punched the boy in the stomach, making him scream a bit, but he sounded like he doesn't want anyone to hear his pleading voice.
"What the fuck?! Fight you idiot!" Daisy shouted in her mind while looking at him. But the bullies just kept on hurting him. And even though Daisy wasn't allowed to go out, she quickly jumped out of the window and ran to where the bullies are.
"This might make you fight-" Before the bully could even have it's finishing blow on the boy, Daisy automatically kicked him in the face, making him knocked over and the other two looked at her in surprise.
"Daisy?!" They both said and she looked at them with a furious look in her eyes.
"What are you three doing? No... What were you actually doing?" She asked and walked slowly towards them, making the two move backwards with a scared expression.
"Answer my fucking question." She said and the two kneeled right before her.
"We were just pissed about him. It's because he is one of those rich people here in Northern Dawn, and we hate someone like him so much we didn't think about him as a kid." A bully explained, making her look at the now bruised young boy.
