Chapter 59: After 10 Years~

Third Person

Ten years after the terrorism at Eastern Dawn, everything was normal. Nothing bad happened. And if you want to know what happened before the day today, then let me tell you.

(After The Terror Attack)

The professors and students of Genesis Academy, agreed to leave immediately before anyone could see them. They weren't suppose to be seen, unless said by the imperial king. But because of Daisy, they were tempted to go out and help the needed outside.

When they arrived at Eastern Dawn, they were surprised to see too much destruction around. Daisy couldn't even bare to look at the burning houses. Cause it makes her remember everything about what happened at Northern Dawn, that has been annihilated by the Dusk Empire.

Good thing, her friends were there and was ready to support her, so she calmed down a bit. But after seeing how merciless the Duskian guards killed innocent people, she got mad and tried to charge all of them.

"Calm yourself down! We need a plan!" Professor Greg was the one to stop her.

She didn't budge at this and just listened.

After hearing the plan, they all went into different directions to execute what they have discussed, and when everything was ok, they waited for the perfect timing.

All was doing fine, when Daisy saw how the levitated man, Xel, hurt Granger. She felt angry for what he did, knowing that he hurt her friend, she then felt something inside of her. Like it was about to explode.

She was suddenly blank and her expression was getting angrier by the minute.

Greg, seeing her status, used this as a chance to attack, so he commanded everyone. With Eurie being on the front, she then casts a spell on Xel, making him unconscious and fall. While the others tried to stop the orb, only to find out that everything they do was useless. Until they heard Traceler's voice telling them that they still have a chance. And take note, he was fighting with some Duskian army.

That was the time when he called Daisy, and she began to attack. She was not being herself and just let her body do the trick. Until everyone of their enemies where nowhere to be found.

After that, she felt dizzy and lost consciousness.

"Grab her and let's all leave at once!" Dean Jean commanded everyone. So Professor Rylie, quickly went to Daisy's aid and got her before the powerful, white light could even fade, and they all went away from the scene.

As for Granger's team. They searched the whole village for more survivors while talking about the good samaritans that helped them.

"That was one hell of a counter attack." Marc said. "Whoever did that, must be as powerful as the gods." He jokingly said and laughed.

"Daisy." He heard Ganger said so he walked near him and looked with a joking stare.

"Thinking about her again?" He smiled widely and Granger just walked away at this, making him pout. "Really unbelievable! Hmmph!" He expressed and walked near his horse.

"Look who got rejected HAHA!" Sky bullied.

"Not funny Sky. Did you just witnessed that?! I am his senior! But why does he acts like he is higher than me?!" He said like a child that didn't got a candy.

"Enough of that, we will now head back to the palace. To report to King Merci." Zandre said and with everyone finished with their tasks, they set fort to their journey back to the Palace of Dawn.

End of the flashback~

It was a very busy day at Genesis Academy and everyone is getting ready for this very big day that everyone is waiting for.

"Oh my god! We're going to see her again!" Rose said excitingly.

"Poise, Rose, Poise... We are excited too, but please calm down." Mye said with an excited, but soothing voice.

"Gosh! I wonder what she looked like now. It's been, how many years? 8 years since she practiced at Prominence Mountain." Rose again continued.

"Obviously, she's now more stronger that us. She might even look more beautiful and graceful than us." Guinevere entered the conversation. "I missed her though." She smiled.

"Hey, you three... You coming or what?" They all heard Traceler called, so they all went towards the door. And that's right, they are all now friends. After the terrorism, they all became close.

Well, at first, Traceler was hesistant to talk to them, cause aside from all of them being girls, he doesn't know how to make friends, so they just helped him, and now they are all close.

"Hmm??? I think someone is more excited to meet Daisy than us, don't you think guys?" Guinevere said with a teasing voice.

"Tch!" Was only Traceler could express, making everyone laugh.

On there way to the main hall, the place where Daisy practiced at first. They saw a red carpet and the room is crowded. There are chairs everywhere, table for everyone and a beautiful design inside. Everything was perfect.

And when everyone was complete inside...

"Ehem!" They all got silent as they heard the Dean talk in front of a mic and the crowd. "Good evening everyone! I know that you are all excited this night... Because, as you all heard. The phoenix has returned from her long years of training!" After that, a loud cheering was heard from everyone. But a simple hand cignal just made everyone silent again. "I am also happy to inform everyone, that her training didn't go to waste!" She said, and everyone clapped. "I won't make this message too long for you to be bored." Everyone laughed at this. "But this night... Let us all welcome back our very own new bearer of the Powerful Phoenix. Ms. Daisy Aurum!" Everyone cheered at this and some of them clapped, some even whistled loudly, until the door at the back opened.

Everyone went silent right then, and looked at the door. None. No one came inside. But they all felt goosebumps.

"Expecting too much can lead to you being hurt." They heard a voice of a woman, her voice a but deep and scary, making everyone have goosebumps. "Don't look back at the past! Look up and see the future!" They all heard and when they looked up, they saw a beautifully dressed woman.

It was dressed elegantly. A mixture of Orange and White was seen in the color of her clothes. Her dress looked like a fitted, long sleeved, white, crop top and the lower part was a short with a hanging things around the back part. Her shoes, more likely a one inched sandal, has straps that reaches up under her knees. All of it colored in white. But what caught the attention of everyone, was the orange wing on its back and how it glows to powerful.

She flew around and landed in front of the crowd, to where the principal is standing.

"I missed you all! Especially my friends! Guinevere, Rose, Mye and Traceler!" She said and waived her hands to everyone. "It's good to be back here!" She said happily and hid her wings.

Everyone cheered for her and asked if she could tell them everything about her training. What's it like and how did she learn to control everything. Then she smiled and shook her head, making everyone knit their brows.

"I am not in full control of my powers yet. But I know, that with the help of everyone here, I will be able to do it! Let's keep on fighting!" She said and everyone agreed.

Then someone asked again if she could tell the story about her training and she happily agreed without second thought.
