Chapter 130 Changing hearts

"Gina!Tina! Time to wake up!" "Jeez! You girls are so heavy sleepers, hehe." "Ah yes thank you, make sure to put the herbs in the right shelves." "Mm!So delicious!" "So there are many kind of gags!I'm surprised!" "Buu...who messed up this time?" "May 'Her' will guide us..." "No matter what time of the day you girls are so energetic...haah is this because I'm too old?" "Ahh!Y-yes right there!" "Latex? Catsuit...?What's that?Oh! It's so tight!" "Mm? You wanna tie up my hair?Well it might be a bit difficult by how long is it...oh?You don't mind? Then..." "Hehe! You are so cute with these dresses!"...

...

Days quickly passed.

Whether it was day or night the three girls enjoyed each other's company. Waking up, having breakfast, dressing up, cleaning, cooking, gathering herbs, hunting, resting, having lunch, praying, playing, bathing, having dinner...the three passed days and nights in peace and degeneracy.

Boredom rarely came, each did their own job and when finished they would start to talk and discuss to any kind of topic or giving each other any kind of knowledge, from the most general ones to the unique and strange ones.

Oftentimes bandits or monsters by chance would appear near the base but were quickly dealt with by Deva and it was always a moment for the two girls to observe Yin's skills, whether they were simply curious or for any other reason, they carefully observed Yin's combat abilities and weaknesses. Even the slightest habit of Yin was ingrained in their minds, using these they became closer and closer with her, whether the means strayed a bit the result is what mattered for the two.

"Yin? Are you praying for her? We'll join you!" "My, then come a bit closer!"

"I made a cake for us!" "Cake!"

"Come on! Eat your veggies!" "I...just don't like tomatoes..."

"What's the matter Yin? Is something troubling you?"

Her hobbies, what she liked, what she disliked, her internal troubles...the two tried to understand Yin more than a normal friend or person would do.

Each day Deva would show them something they wanted desperately to see in her. A weak side of her? Then Deva would make so that she would became sick just to see their reaction compared to a normal person. Her singing? Then Deva would make so that she would sing to herself but loud enough for someone to hear in the distance. Her suddenly feeling down? Then she would come up with a story and reason as to why she felt that way.

Deva fed the two's desires to see more of her while Gina and Tina showed their developing affection and emotions towards her.

In the darkness of one's mind the sound of heartbeats could be heard.

Only it's own owner could hear clearly the sound of their heartbeats.

Three weeks later Leonhart returned shattering what Tina and Gina viewed as their own paradise with their Yin.

That night, where Yin, Tina, Gina and Leonhart were eating together.

"You cooked this Yin? It's so delicious!" Leonhart exclaimed.

*Badum*

"Yes Hero, I cooked something special because you just returned." Yin giggled trying to hide a blush.

*Badum*

"B-by the way Hero will I really going for a mission the next day?" Yin asked.

"That's right, seeing the storage I saw that you made some healing potions enough to heal an army of soldiers so even if you are not here we can heal ourselves without too much of a problem..."

Tina and Gina tightened their grip on their spoon and fork, their gaze becoming colder towards the Hero but the person himself was too focused on talking with Yin to notice that.

"The task is quite simple, you only need to reach a nearby village and use your potions to cure of most of the townsfolk afflicted by a rare disease."

Watching Leonhart the two weren't sure if he was so serious and passionate about curing these people or that he was too captured by Yin's crimson eyes since he was intently gazing them. Whatever the reason Tina and Gina were feeling uncomfortable by how Leonhart was watching Yin.

"Can't they ask for nearby priests or purchase the appropriate medicine?"

"Unfortunately with the appearance of the Demon Lord and his minions and with the addition of conflicts between gods, priests nowdays are rare to encounter and even if there is one available they are quite expensive, the same about medicine where not only is mostly used for warsupplies but even more expensive than a regular priest."

As Yin also gazed at his eyes, Leonhart closed his eyes as he was unable to further gaze at Yin's eyes or that if he continued he might embarass himself by doing something foolish.

"So..." Calming himself and regaining his cool Leonhart said, "Will you aid those people?" Unknowingly Leonhart brought his face too close to Yin's making her blush.

"Y-yes! I'll do my best to accomplish this mission for the Hero." Flustered, Yin averted her eyes.

Was it because Yin never reacted that way with them but the opposite with him?

Was it because Leonhart was only inches away from kissing Yin?

Was it because she was going away for some time?

Was it because they understood how Yin viewed them differently from Leonhart?

Was it because they could see that both Leonhart and Yin were slowly becoming interested with each other?

Whatever the reason Gina and Tina could feel their blood boil, the sound of their hearbeats loudly resounding in their ears.

The image of both Leonhart and Yin with their faces further approaching each other was imprinted in their minds.

*snap*

Something broke within the two girls' hearts

It was a fortune that they had each other otherwise they might've done something that they shouldn't.

They closed their eyes and held each other's hands.

The sound of their heartbeats still resounded in their ears and their blood still boiled with indignation and ire.

Approaching the two Gina and Tina interrupted their moment.

Noticing Gina and Tina, Yin broke away from Leonhart and before he could say anything Yin ran off embarrassed.

Gina and Tina ignored the confused Hero and continued to walk to where Yin ran off.

Leonhart shivered when he caught a glimpse of their expressions.

"What was that...?" Still confused the Hero muttered to himself.

Two figures eerily followed in the dark Yin.
