"What is it?" Ashley said.
"During my time here, as a human, I started as a baby and raised by Lycanian Beastkins." I said. "Hyoran, their bio daughter was there."
"Hyoran...ah, that Lycanian that you raised that made mid to high ranked players struggle against her." Ashley said. "She's here now?"
"Yeah, but she's sleeping and going under a mutation." I said, revealing the space to show Hyoran sleeping with Fennec.
"Just like last time..." Ashley said. "So, you're with her since you've been born. What do you want to do?"
"Take her back home. And spend a couple years there." I answered.
"A couple years? Andre could be anywhere within that time." Ashley then realized something. "Right, 12 years is usually where children start doing more responsibilities like adventuring alone."
I nodded, I also know the fact that she is at Rank A and possesses a Mythical rarity sword I made for her.
"If that's the case, I'll be waiting. Just try not to expose yourself that you're an Oni or an Elf." Ashley said.
"I won't, just don't go into Noltia, especially Nolten Village. I met a Rock Bear with the Forest Guardian's blessing." I said.
I soon turned myself into a human, where I first started and began to wear my old clothes again. I'll miss my Oni form, but not my Elf form.
"Alright, let's go home. The fake church will cause a bit of chaos, but it'll probably cool down within those two years." I said. "Still, I will prepare for the worst."
I left the cave and called my scouts. I put them in my Isolated Space and teleported Ashley and I to the trails of Telgrin Mountains.
"I'll head back to Velizar, if things goes south for you, call me." Ashley said.
"I will. See you two years." Ashley waved.
*Whoosh!*
Ashley spread her blue wings and flew off into the night where I used my Space Magic to reach to the open fields inside Noltia. No monsters in sight, just the starry night sky with the grass being shone upon by the moon.
I warped myself to the beginning of the forest and summoned Zala and then Hyoran.
"Zala, you can walk now." I said.
Zala then walked, with no rush, with no urgency, with no threat, just peace. I was used to conflict when the rebellion happened, but...it ain't so bad.
As I reached the village, the gates are open and the lights were still there, indicating that the populace is still active.
I come to the gates and the villagers was like the same as I left, except the two. They were waiting.
"Hey, Hyoran. We're back." I said.
"Huh?" Hyoran responded and slowly gets up. I carry her off of Zala and held her close. Hyoran was awake, but barely and barely able to walk on her own.
Tuya who was waiting broke into tears and ran towards us. She hugged us tightly, so tightly to show that she doesn't want to let go.
"Mama...?" Hyoran blinked from the sudden hug since she was still drowsy.
"I knew you'd come home." Tuya said. "I always knew you'd come back safe and sound."
I smiled and hugged her back to return her feelings.
"Yeah, we're back. And I can't wait to get in bed." I said.
"I don't blame you, you two must've been out here adventuring a lot and fought strong monsters." Ezo grinned. "Go on to bed, you deserve it."
I carry Hyoran to her room and she climbed onto her bed and immediately went to sleep. I bring Fennec out to sleep with Hyoran.
I walked to my room and laid on my bed. I looked up and began smiling. Smiling that I met Ashley again and found that Andre is here in this world. Also, the catastrophe of summoning Ignyesa has been prevented.
The question remains how will it play out later down the line.
But now, I will focus on myself.
"Mana Vision, Thermal Vision, Infrared Vision, and Soul Vision." I said.
[Acknowledged. 4000 EP deducted. Skills Mana Vision, Thermal Vision, Infrared Vision acquired.]
*Ding!*
[Conditions met. Multi-Vision available.]
[To acquire this skill, you must combine the necessary skills.]
[Combine Mana Vision, Thermal Vision, Infrared Vision, Night Vision, Overvision for Multi-Vision?]
"Yes."
[Acknowledged, now combining...complete.]
[Unique Skill acquired, Multi-Vision.]
With this, I can do more stuff with my sight and see things in the sidelines. Also, I can use magic with my eyes just like Meltozo.
Also, I should unlock another hidden skill.
"System, I wish to unlock a hidden skill."
[EP required to unlock a hidden skill: 10 million]
[Attention, unlocking a hidden skill will increase Deity threat.]
[Do you wish to proceed?]
"Yes."
[Acknowledged, now unlocking...]
On that moment my body began to feel something that is very different than being assaulted by countless waves of pain.
This sensation is much different, it's the opposite. My breathing is becoming faint, my vision is becoming blurry, and my heartbeat is getting slower.
Then, it's as if something is pulling me upwards, but my body stands still.
I tried to breathe faster to get my heart pumping, but it was too shallow, every short, rapid breaths does nothing.
"Not good...I'm gonna..." my thoughts are processing, but then something unbelievable happens.
I soon began rising up and phasing through the room and out of the house. I look down and see myself motionless on the bed.
"This is Soul Projection. This is great. Even less people will be able to see me." I said, looking at my spectral self.
[Unique Skill unlocked. Soul Projection.]
[Rank and skill restriction reduced.]
[Deity threat increased to 0.25%.]
With this, anyone who doesn't have Soul Perception will be unable to see me. However, if I do this, my real body will be vulnerable.
For this, I shall get Soul Perception, Soul Seeker, Soul Eater, and Soul Concealment.
"Soul Perception, Soul Concealment, Soul Seeker, Soul Eater. Now."
[Acknowledged. 40,000 EP deducted.]
[Deity threat decreased to 0%.]
[Hellkin threat decreased to 0%.]
[Conditions met. Soul Master available.]
[Combine the skills for Soul Master? The cost is 160,000 EP.]
"Yes."
[Acknowledged, now combining...complete.]
[Unique Skill acquired. Soul Master.]
With this, I can gain more EP and steal skills without killing them too...if I choose to do so.
Since the two heroes are dead in a row, the Deities will send in another one stronger than the last.
Although, I don't have to hunt them down myself and neither does Ashley. We got time, lots of it.
