In a lapse of judgement, the world tries to fix a global illness leading to the creation of another dimension. Those afflicted with this illness are brought to this other dimension where things may not be as they seem.

Paradox

The day drew on quickly. Willis organized all of their things into piles while the others came and went. Tucker and Clint ran around the building having been limited to the offices. Every couple hours Devin would get up for a little bit, being dragged after the other boys. Then he’d pass out again and Dallas would retrieve him. 


Each of the rooms were marked with a label maker Tucker found. It was the only way to tell them apart at the moment. Willis put the last pile in Clint’s room at the end of the hall. Clint had asked Dallas to put the desk back in the room. 


Willis closed the door and headed back down the hall. It was quiet, for a moment, then he heard the echoes of shouts in the stairwell. He chuckled to himself, continuing down the hall.
