In a lapse of judgement, the world tries to fix a global illness leading to the creation of another dimension. Those afflicted with this illness are brought to this other dimension where things may not be as they seem.

“So your next stop is in Reedsport,” Director Shaw pointed on the map they had spread across the table. 


“It’s the closest,” Willis said, “I thought we’d cut in to the facility at Malheur Lake, and then back to the coast.” 


“It might be better if you went to Lake Tahoe then up to Malheur and back to Reedsport. It would save you time, and be safer. We have control over Lake Tahoe and Reedsport.” 


Willis wrote it down, and the two talked about the plan in greater detail. On the other side of the table Clint spoke with Hargrave and Marchand about the pipeline that ran up the coast. It had three facilities connected to it: Reedsport, McGowan, and Fort Casey. Two of them also connected with sites in major cities.
