Chapter 58: San Francisco Starlight Facility

Tucker leaned his head against the window, watching the trees blur by. He shifted a bit, taking more of Landon’s space but he knew his friend didn’t care. It took a lot of effort to not protest Willis's decision to squish the six of them into a truck. When he’d tried, Willis shut him down immediately. Now he sat in the back with Landon and Devin. The only plus side being his headphones. Everyone had already annoyed him enough.

Before they’d even left Willis had lectured all of them about the rules again. He went as far as checking their bags for the things he thought were important. No one seemed to care, offering their bags up for inspection. So Tucker did the same but then Willis wanted them to run laps again.
