Never do anything right

"Alissa get here right now, also bring Craig"

The chief officer screamed back at the Beverly Hills Police Station

"I'm coming"

Alissa screamed running towards the office.

"I'm here"

"Where's Craig?"

"How should I know"

"Alissa get Craig"

"On it"

Five minutes later Alissa was still running through the police screaming:

"Craig, where the fuck are you"

"He's in the Bathroom"

A co-worker told her

"Thanks"

Alissa then ran to the Bathroom and then knocked on the bathroom

"Craig, the boss needs us"

Alissa hissed, she heard Craig groan and seconds later the door opened with Craig walking out.

"Thank you, some of us need to keep our jobs"

Alissa roared, they both walked back to the office

"Took you long enough Alissa"

"Sorry"

"Now we have reports that Sage was seen in New York, so I would like all hands on deck. I want the whole force in New York, Craig you will lead it and Alissa you'll stay here and lead the police station"

The boss instructed

"But I'm never allowed to go. You never see what I do as accomplishments. I never do anything right so can I please go to New York with you"

Alissa begged

"Craig leave the room and get your team ready I need to speak to Alissa alone"

The boss growled, Craig left the room and now Alissa and the boss were alone in the office.

"Dad please, you say you want me to be the next chief officer but you never let me do anything, I just want to prove myself to you"

Alissa pleaded

"No Alissa you are not good enough, you will be here and make sure here everything runs perfectly, you're the one who let them run free"

"That's not even true, Craig was the one in the control room and what about Zach he was the one that let Quinn out, but it's only me that's in trouble"

"Well I don't want the rest of the officers to think that I am favoriting you"

"You aren't the whole time I have worked here you've only every yelled at me, you've never praised me because I've only ever caught like four people but I've done lots of other things like the amount of people I've found or cases I've cracked but I never get the praise it's always Craig but you don't want people to think you are favoriting me for being an officer that does a good job"

"I'm not going to discuss this more Alissa, maybe you should tell your mother about what you are telling me right now"

"I don't even want to do this"

Alissa whispered before running out of the office with tears starting to form in her eyes. Craig at this point had gotten everyone ready and had called the police in New York.Minutes later most of the police force left to go to New York on a private jet. Alissa was left in Beverly Hills with three other police officers, crying.

"I don't even want to become a police officer"

Alissa cried onto her co-workers shoulder

"I always wanted to become an influencer, my Insta has 400k and I make money already but my parents would disown me and I've lead all my life trying to make them happy"

"Hey it's ok we'll do nothing this week. It's Thursday right, the teens left early Saturday so they could be anywhere in the US, they could have left the country but I can't imagine it, they probably won't even be in New York, I mean they have been seen all around country, they won't be in New York and if they are New York is so big. So the team will be gone for maybe two days, maybe three, we barely get calls, it's always to LAPD. So let's just have fun. Maybe you can film a few things for Insta or your TikTok."

The co-worker suggested

"How have I never talked to you before"

"Beats me"

The whole day both of the girls spent the time filming and not really doing their jobs, while the two other officers there actually did do their jobs while listening to the radio.

So we have news that Sage Fawn one of the seven teens missing was just seen in New York, the Beverly Hills police department and the New York police department have come together, the Beverly Hills PD are the main Police Department and have been working with the Police Departments where the sightings of the teens have been seen. The car license of one of the girls was found in Las Vegas but the car isn't any of their cars. Also blood from Nathaniel was found in a forest in Oregon. The radio host said before the radio was turned down.

"Nathaniel why was your blood found in a forest"

Quinn asked

"Oh at the shop in Las Vegas, they're old friends and they drove to there and I gave them some blood and they dropped it all over the forest there."

He answered

"Why didn't I think about that, seems very smart"

"I saw it on TV"

"What show, Gossip Girl"

Sage laughed from the living room

"Criminal Minds, Sage"

Nathaniel corrected

"Why would you think Gossip Girl Sage"

Quinn asked

"Oh, well there is a scene where they kill someone so maybe"

Sage thought up.

"Ok?"

Quinn stammered

"Is Beth still in her room?"

Nathaniel asked

"Yeah"

Quinn answered

"Let me talk to her"

Nathaniel decided

"Dude she hates you"

Sage acknowledged

"Yeah but I was the one who last talked to her before she shut down and Daniel isn't here"

"Fine go ahead don't be sad when she kicks you out"

Quinn scoffed. Nathaniel walked over to Beth's room and knocked.

"What"

She screeched

"Hey Beth it's me Nathaniel. We're all wondering if you're ok"

"I'm fine"

"No you're not, you love talking to people. You barely shut out other people, I know we haven't been friends since 7th grade but the last time I've seen you do this was 6th grade when your dad said you should stop talking, you didn't leave your room for the whole summer. After the summer you were so skinny and it took everyone forever for you to get you back to your usual self. Beth you may not like me but we all know what you're doing isn't good for you."

Nathaniel heard a little giggle coming from inside

"I forget that happened"

"Same it popped into my mind before I came over here"

"But that's not what happened my dad said I looked fat, just wanted to correct you"

"Is that why you haven't eaten much since you arrived here"

"I don't want to talk about it"

"Ok well you know you can always talk to all of us, you know we all left because we didn't like our lives or we had someone at home who we wanted to escape. You're not alone and we all understand it so you can always talk to us"

Nathaniel told her before leaving back to Quinn and Sage.

"Told you she wouldn't let you in"

Quinn observed, as soon as she said that Beths door opened and Beth slowly walked out of her room to the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water before whispering:

"I've written the whole start of the story so thank you for your guys's suggestions"

She quickly smiled at Nathaniel who smiled back.

"Ok I've tried everything to get Beth to come out of her room and Nathaniel the dude she hates said something and now she comes out of her room"

Quinn grumbled

"They were best friends Quinn, best friends like lovers will always have a special connection. It's like how when you break up with someone you will forever have a sweet spot for them, that's Beths and Nathaniels relationship"

Sage whispered over to Quinn

"Ok, Ok I know it's just very weird"

Quinn whispered back

"I'm still here you do know that"

Beth interrupted

"Yeah we know, we're just talking about you and I feel like you don't want to hear us talking about you"

Quinn explained

"I thought you didn't like talking about other people, Sage"

Nathaniel called Sage out

"Well we weren't talking about Beth but we were, I don't know I'm sorry ok. Just Quinn asked me a question and I answered it kinda well it wasn't really a question but she said something and I kinda told her something to not prove her wrong but to answer what she kinda asked. You know what I'm going to stop talking"

Sage blabbered on

"Yeah do that Sage"

Quinn demanded

"Sorry"

Sage apologized

"Stop apologizing Sage, we had a conversation about this yesterday"

Nathaniel sighed

"Sor"

Sage quickly stopped herself.

"Where is everyone else?"

Beth asked

"Daniel has a job now, Melania is painting and transforming clothes that Becca is buying and then Becca is taking photos of the clothes Melania flipped and then they are placing them online on Depop."

Quinn answered

"So Becca and Melania are starting a second hand clothes shop, good for them"

Beth was surprised

"We are also slowly running out of money just slowly, we still have a few thousands"

Beth announced

"I was looking at my bank account details and so I can see what you guys buy"

Beth continued

"Do you ever wonder what the police are doing right now"

Beth asked

"Well they have seen Sage in New York, and found blood of Nathaniel in Oregon. So most of Beverly Hills PD is in New York. I wonder what's happening to the girl that caught me, I'm also sure she was the one that Becca got the keys from"

Quinn wondered

"Nice to know I'm in New York right now"

Sage nodded her head in approval

"Geez can't you do anything right"

Melania came running downstairs screaming at Becca

"I can't do anything right you're the one who painted the things wrong"

Becca yelled back

"What's wrong"

Quinn interrupted

"Oh Beth you've come out of your room"

Becca quickly told Beth

"Wait yeah, hi it's nice to see you Beth"

Melania also realized. Becca and Melania hugged Beth before both going back up to continue working on their Depop. Sage got an order so her and Nathaniel got to work on the order, Beth sat on the couch to work on her story and Quinn helped Beth.
