"Are you part of a suspense movie now?"
"I don't even like suspense, to begin with."
"Really? How unexpected."
I rolled my eyes at her.
After the scene that appeared in the form of a creepy surprise in my locker, Solar decided to stay with me for the day.
We were currently at my house, waiting, while I sorted my thoughts out.
"Does anyone have a grudge against you?"
"Unfortunately, everyone."
"Why did you have to go and make so many enemies?"
"You're at the very end of that 'enemy' list."
"I mean, what's wrong with them? Who would even dare to make such a kind,"
Cringe.
"...sweet,"
Cringe, again.
"...and loving person their enemy?"
I smacked her face with a pillow I randomly grabbed from the sofa.
"Nevermind."
When she finally silenced herself, I took a long glance over the pile of burnt clothes and pictures with my face furiously crossed out that lay on top of the coffee table.
"Did you tell Ross?" She asked a second later.
