King Liyal's coronation and wedding ceremony was very lavish, and magnificent, in every way.
Huge numbers of well-dressed people and flamboyant carriages trooped into Kirith from the four cardinal points, to witness the joyous and auspicious occasion.
The Kirithians were not left out as the seven cities of Kirith and its numerous towns, streets, and people lit up everywhere with golden lanterns, and multi-coloured decorations hanging from conspicuous places.
All roads led to the magnificent and lavishly decorated Imperial Palace of Kirith.
All the guests were led into the Palace by designated palace servants, and seated in orderly manner, facing the Kirithian High Throne.
Inside the grand hall, they were entertained by beautifully coordinated dancers, and plied with many stacks of food and wine, as they awaited the main occasion.
