(Ceremony)

As Diana was heading back to her private quarters she breaks apart the envelope stamp, Revealing the letter inside. The letter holds the details to her ceremonial meeting which was nothing more than fancier version of knighting a person, the only people who are allow to grant the title of knight captain are the members of the Royal knights, or the Royal family.

The letter begins as.

"To, Miss Diana Noriel, it is with great honor that you manage to work your way through to gain the title Knight Captain, and be recognized as such."

"You and your family must be proud to know that their young daughter has achieve this position."

"The ceremonial event will take place later this evening, at the northern athos church."

"Free feel to attend to your duties, or personal needs until you are called upon."

Sign by the Royal knight Ratoss Deen.

Diana had made it inside her room as she puts down the letter on a table center around the room. Then slowly walks over to her window sill and gaze through the glass panels out to the capital city.

A big wide smile could be seen going across her mouth.

"Yes!~" She thrusts a fist up and down with the feelings of excitement and happiness began to flow through her.

After a bit of fooling around with herself she regains back her composure and stares back the city again.

"Today is really the day..." She whispered to herself

With a energetic spin she walks over an armor stand located in one of the corners in her room. She requested a few hand maidens to help her into her armor. She lean her sword against the wooden walls, as she prepares herself to put on the armor.

The sword was a gift by her family when they finally got behind the idea of their being a knight. Was a magical item, the metal was lace with a small amount of magic dust during the forging stage, and embedded with a magical core on the butt end of the handle and harvested from a dead creature that had a high attribute to control wind.

Making the sword one of the more expensive items in their household, so loosing it is not an option for them.

With the final leather strap to connect her chest plate, she was now able to go and attend her duties for the day.

"Thank you for assisting me, you may leave."

"Have a safe day, ma'am."

All of the maids bow down and then left the room, leaving Diana alone.

(" I should be going now.")

She immediately exit out of the room and proceed to walk toward the front entrance of the mansion she lives in and was confronted by her mother that was standing by the double sided doorway.

"Is there something you need mother?"

Rina was silent for a moment but shook her head no with a small gentle smile.

"It's nothing, Have a lovely day Diana.' Rina step to the side allowing her daughter to go by her.

Diana would walk up to the front as she was in the middle of reaching over to the door handle, She spun around and gave her mother a quick hug.

"Love you mom."

Rina wasn't expecting the hug at all took her a moment to return the hug as well.

"Love you too."

She would watch as Diana walks through the doorway and left the mansion. Diana was now going through her family courtyard that was being attended a few hired gardeners who she waved to, before finally leaving the family grounds completely.

"Apples for sale! Only 5 copper per apple!"

"I need 5 large barrels of wine by tomorrow evening."

"That's cutting it a little close, But I think I can make that delivery."

"Finest weapons on the market, I can guarantee that no other weapons that can match these metals."

Diana was now patrolling through one of the city market centers, with many types of material goods, magical or non magical items being sold to people.

"Ah, Miss knight!" The weapon dealer eagerly points out to Diana who was pasting by.

"Would you be interested in any of my wears?" He motion his hand over the weapons that he had display over on a table.

Most of the weapons going simply off by the looks they were decently made, a few low tier magical items were also on sale.

"Thank you, But I already have what I need." She kindly wave him off and walks away from the merchant stand.

Everything was going smoothly as everyone went on with their day, no one had any issues or problems that they needed help with.

"You brat!"

A middle age man was furious at a preteen boy, who was cowering on the stone floor. His clothing shows the clear sign that he was part of the poorer society within the city, his shirt covered in dust and dirt, and his skin was dirty.

"First you didn't have enough money to pay for you medical herbs, you try stealing from me."

The man was towering over the boy. and he got closer to him forcing the boy to scoot himself back. Then Diana stood in between them and glance at each other.

"What goings on here?" She spoke with a tone of voice that show her authority over the situation.

"Ah, a knight, this boy right here tried to buy my medical herbs, but he didn't have enough money so he then try to steal them instead." The man points and accused the young boy lying on the ground.

"Is that true?' She gaze down upon the boy with her eyes going straight the boy body.

"Is that true?" She repeated

The boy nodded his head yes in response to Diana overwhelming demeanor.

Diana faintly let out a sigh. "How much do you need?"

Both of them were startle to hear those words come out from her mouth, something like this were not common at all.

"6 leaflets..." The boy whispers.

"What?" Diana raised her voice to the boy

"6 leaflet" Making the boy do the same.

Diana nodded and turns over to the merchant

"How much will that cost?"

"I uh-... that would be 60 copper."

Diana was already in the process of grabbing her money pouch and digs out a single silver coin. She holds it up against the merchant.

"This should cover the expenses."

"Uh... yes.'

The merchant opens one of his hands as Diana drops the coin into his clutches.

"Please give me 6 medical leaflets."

With haste the merchant returns to his stand and comes back with 6 medical leaflets in one hand, then he gave it to her. once they were in her hands she gave it over to the boy who was still sitting on the ground.

"Here."

Quickly helping the boy up off the ground, he had a puzzle expression and had no idea what to do in return.

"Um... Thank you miss?'

"Diana Noriel." She patted the boy on the head.

"Diana Noriel... I will remember this, I needed this to hel-"

Diana slowly bends forward a little and holds up a hand to cut him off.

"I do believe that you needed the herbs for a important reason, so I don't think you should waste your time telling me the reason why."

The boy mouths that was wide open ended up closing, with a fast nod he turns around and runs away in the opposite direction, while waving back to her as he runs past a street corner.

She watches the young boy leave her vision, then she went back to her duties of patrolling the cities streets.

The day went by as normal with Diana doing her duties for the day, until evening came around and everyone was preparing to close their shops for the day, or other people were returning home, adventurers were coming back to the city.

For Diana she was relaxing on a large stone fountain, and gazing up at the blue sky that was slowly turning a bright golden yellow.

"Miss Diana Noriel?" A fellow female knight approach her from the side.

Diana recognized her as Aiyana frey because they both train in the same academy but a women of common birth but still put in the same amount of work and hardship as Diana. her appearance, Dirty blonde hair, and her dark blue pearl like eyes shimmers from the golden sky. Her skin was white.

She wasn't clad in armor like Diana was but did happen to strap her sword onto her. It was also a magical item but it was a low tier one so less expensive then the one Diana wields.

"Yes? what is it?"

"You are requested to come to your ceremonial promotion."

"Thank you, I'll be going now."

Diana got off the fountain and stretches out her body for a bit, and begins to travel to the northern church awaiting her title, accompany by Aiyana.
