As Jason was eating his food in peace the school were dealing with multiple lawsuits against them for human experimentations but fortunately, they are only wanting the request that the Steering Committee wanted for their trials as well as the people who were studying human experimentations.
The staff of the school and Jin could only agree with the public as the government was now getting their full attention for the unspeakable actions that the school hid.
Unlikely that future was to occur as the newly formed secret society of Reverse Course Students managed to find three of the remaining members alive deep in the Reverse Course basement with cells.
Just because that the school was cooperating with the government doesn't mean that the government agreed what Hope's Peak Academy has done although they were interested in the experiment for super soldiers.
Although that idea was shut down as the information regarding the Izuru Kamakura Project has been mysteriously deleted from the basement servers confusing the government officials as well as the staff members of the school.
The reason why it was deleted was because Jason wouldn't allow an Izuru to be born with him around no need for another superhuman just one was enough.
As for the committee members were all being tortured alive as the students hate needed to be satisfied venting their frustrations at someone to blame and thanks to google that their locations were easy to find.
In the meantime, Mukuro finally arrived at the hotel where her sister is with a happy expression as she announces her presence, "Ah hello little sister it's a pleasure to finally meet you again after 3 years of – "

However, Junko only started attacking Mukuro with her dagger on her hand as Murkuro was easily blocking each strike as Junko yells at her, "What the literal fuck you are disgusting pig! Why the hell haven't you come sooner! And… oh is that food?"
Still on the attack Mukuro was still blocking the attack she let the food go to the floor as she blushes from her sister words, "Oh my little sister your words is really breath taking that I will take them to heart."
Junko getting annoyed with attacking her threw the dagger as Mukuro has gotten hold of the flying dagger while Junko eats the food Mukuro has bought, "At least you have done something useful you useless pig. Now then welcome back big sis useless!"
With that the despair sisters have reunited as they began to meet each other again with good old fashion little sis trying to kill her big sis.
Mukuro didn't care much as she was so happy to be with her sister right now.
Junko no longer caring anymore asked in annoyed tone to her sister with a huff in her voice with a frown expression, "Huff…! At least you finally came Mukuro what the hell took you so long to come over!"
Mukuro then calms down as she answers her question with a confused expression on her face as Junko look on with amusement, "Oh, I'm sorry about that sister but I happened to meet an interesting… person…"
Hearing this Junko have taken interest what her older sister is saying since she is cold hearted it's rare for her to take interest in something other than battle or killing so Mukuro taking an interest in something was an interest for her.
Junko then asked in interest of the person who her older sister have taken an interest in a curious tone, "Oh! Someone as disappointingly as you have taken the interest of someone. As someone working in despair you have to tell me disgusting useless older sister!!"
Mukuro then smiled at this that her little sister took an interest of her life but then frowns as she responds to Junko remembering the brief encounter, "No… it's just that… boy is different from the rest but also… dangerous…"
Junko grins further at the news of the interest as she used her brain to connect the dots into one conclusion that she needs to do, "Ok then my oh so disappointing big sister tell me more about this boy you met? I want to see if I can fill this person with despair!"

Meanwhile at the off-campus site in creation four people are currently sitting on the table as they have come to talk about the discussion that needed to be addressed of the current situation.
The four people in question are Kyosuke Munakata, Chisa Yukizome, Juzo Sakakura, and Seiko Kiura…
The four of them are in the meeting room that was intentionally designed for the Hope's Peak off campus school are now discussing important matters about Juzo witness reports of his brief encounter with Jason in disguised.
They all listened in intently to Juzo edited words as he didn't want Munakata to know about his love interest to him.
When everything has been discussed Munakata then began to speak, "I see… so this assailant must be our culprit of the project that the Steering Committee wanted. Heh."
Hearing the small laugh from Munakata the three of them are curious to the response as he elaborated more on his response, "This is very funny that its almost sickening even. Those fools of the Steering Committee really screwed up now and their plan is very arrogant as well that its funny."
Listening to his words of Munakata Seiko wanted to know more what he meant so she asked curiously, "Really? Then Munakata sir what is the real goal of the bunch of corrupt old fools really wanted from this project they spend on?"
Munakata replied his answer much to the shock of everyone in the room where he got the conclusion, "They were trying to create a perfect puppet that has the hope of all of humanity into it. However, I guess they met a flaw in their plan and a contradiction with Juzo statement as well."

Hearing this the two finally got their answer as it clicked in their heads as Juzo was the first to respond in a surprised tone, "Wait! You mean to tell me that the one who tossed me to the gates of the school was…!"
Chisa hearing this nod her head affirmative of the actions of Juzo as she concluded the same with Munakata logic, "Yes Juzo we can for 100% confirm that the one who attacked you was
Juzo grits his teeth as Seiko looks up the information about the project as she began to read the words from it out loud, "Yeah, if everything from the project was true then everything from the events contradicts with actions against Juzo. But the facts remain that Juzo was easily flung over like a rock hitting the wall."
Munakata nods at this as he also began to respond in a serious expression on his face as he spoke, "Yes that is troubling indeed because if it was just a puppet then dealing with them would be difficult but not necessarily trouble. But it's different if its someone that knows what they are doing."

It was at that moment Munakata chose to spoke in a amuse tone wondering where Chisa was going, "Interesting… please do go on what you meant Chisa. Also, Juzo I would recommend that you reframe from denying any ideas from anyone in the room. Now then Chisa can you explain further?"
Chisa nods in agreement as she begins to explain her idea to her friends with her optimistic smile, "Ok what I mean is according to Juzo he fought against someone at the same age as a student here or maybe less old or younger. So, I was thinking it might be possible to have this person join us instead of working against him or her, right?"
The others are in their own thoughts for such ideas Seiko was the one to announce her opinion of the idea, "I… I think we should give this person a chance. This is bias of me, but I want to personally thank this person for getting those bastards justice."
Chisa and Munakata nods their heads in sympathy because after Seiko was kicked out from Hope's Peak Academy, she was for a time homeless until she met with Munakata group working as their personal pharmacist in their off campus, Seiko was really thankful for someone punishing the Steering Committee because of them they ruined her life now she feels at ease that justice have been served.
Juzo on the other hand could only nod his head as well as he and Chisa knew the full truth of what happened at the practical exam but couldn't do anything to stop the decision that the principal has made.
However, they knew that leaving such talented people away like this was a waste that was how Munakata knew Seiko from them and chose to offer her a place with them.

Everyone else hearing this have their eyes widen as Juzo responds in disbelief, "No way… Munakata are you still after your goal even through this!"
Munakata responds with voice ever so serious to each of his allies as he spoke, "Yes. Currently Hope's Peak is a mess and no doubt that a mass majority of people are going to get fired from this. Even the principal would have no choice but to resign after this so why not take this chance to further destroy despair at its finest."
Chisa looked at Munakata with surprised and wanted to object but that was before he responded to her in a sad voice catching the most by surprise, "Chisa I know how much that school meant to us. Our memories of everyone there. But now it's filled with fake hope and as former students it's our responsibility to see it be filled with hope not this mockery of it nothing, but despair filled in hope's place."
Chisa and the rest swallowed their saliva hearing his resolve, but they knew that Munakata was doing what was best for everyone.
So, with a heavy heart and deep breath Chisa smiles at Munakata as she finally responds to him convinced of his ideals, "V… very well Munakata. I have trusted your decisions as a friend so I will place my hope to you."

Jason was now returning to his room from the apartment as he went along some side trips to get some clothes for himself to blend in with the crowd.
As he returns to his apartment room he began to work on his laptop as he began striping it down and adding modifications while using the
Focusing to himself with an amuse tone as he finally finished modifying the laptop after thinking and tinkering with the machine as well as a headset attached to it.
With clear joy expressed on his face he began to operate on the advanced laptop as he began to express his joy, "Yes! Now this little laptop of mine just officially became a supercomputer with all kinds of mods inside this baby! Let's see if I can see if the program works on something this fast. Hope for the best…"

After a few beeping noises from the advanced laptop has begun the screen finally shows the program that Jason has been working on since yesterday as the words in the title reveals itself to be 'START OF NEO WORLD PROGRAM… 100%.'
