When He is a Rookie And You Are His Crush Pt.3 (Jeon Jungkook)

"Sure why not!" Namjoon was the one to reply to offer to take them to lunch, even though it was almost dinner time. But to you, this was your lunch. Honestly, if these 7 boys never showed up here like this when they did…your day would have sucked.

Especially, Jungkook. You had no idea that he was this cute from up close, and that he was so soft. You still couldn't get the way you felt his thigh flinch as you lied your head on it. Not that you had any idea what you were doing. You called it a woman's instinct around a hot man.

You smiled at all of them. "Give me a moment then to change and we can all go," you said, as you ended your words…your eyes fell on those strangely familiar big eyes that were staring at you as if you were naked. You cleared your throat before turning on your heels to head to the booth to change.

"Good job holding yourself from drooling all over the man," Angela uttered with a poker face as her eyes went over your schedule. "Why did you offer to go to lunch? This is like the only time this whole week where you have some time off?" she changed the topic as fast as lightning, giving you no time to answer on her first…unsettling comment about…your drool.

"First, was it that clear?" you said as you narrowed your eyes while already changing. "Second, since it's my time I choose how to spend it."

Angela raised her hands in the air in defeat. "Whatever you say, Hon." She said. "Just don't overdo it because you have an important shoot tomorrow."

"When do I not have one?" you scoffed as you slid on your denim jacket before leaving her standing there. Just as you closed the door you saw her nod in acknowledgment. You turned around to see Jungkook standing between his Hyungs, obviously nervous…and you can tell why he was nervous. You smirked as you started to head in his direction.

"Are you all ready?" You said, grabbing their attention to you. The look of relief in Jungkook's eyes couldn't go unnoticed by you.

Just how much further does he want you to go!? You wondered. As you walked your way to him. His eyes went wide as he saw how close you are getting to him, making him take a step back when he noticed that you weren't planning on stopping.

He was so close to you that he could feel your breath on his skin. The way you looked at him with those eyes made him lose whatever sanity he had inside him. He cleared his throat as he took a step back, barely holding himself from doing something that he will surely regret later.

Your eyes fell on his arms as they tensed up as he moved his arm around. You have got to admit that the way he was acting wasn't going well with how he looked. He…he looked like he was anything but soft to you. You had no idea that that was him while you watched from afar.

Where you disappointed? Not a chance, you found it exciting. The wild woman inside you was taking the lead now. You slid your arms underneath his, interlocking both your arms together as you turned back towards the member gesturing for them to follow you.

None of them seem to be bothered with your action towards him. They all thought that it was just a kind gesture from you being their Sunbae and all, but…they also knew that Jungkook was far away from hating this.

He was panicking fast, worried that you were hearing how fast his heart was beating in his chest or how his muscles got all tensed up under your touch. You smirked silently as you heard those tiny breathes coming from him as he tried to calm himself.

"Are you okay, Kookie?" you said as you tilted your head to the side to take a closer look at him faking an innocent smile…the thoughts that were running inside your head were anything but…innocent.

His eyes fluttered wide open making you question how was his already big eyes capable of doing that. You felt that you might have taken a bit too far with the nickname but, you couldn't help it! everything in him was screaming Kookie!

"Sorry," you apologized. "I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable." You let go of his arms as you found your way to the SUV that was parked and waiting for you.

"NO!" Jungkook said, maybe a little too loud that the members who were all around you turned for a moment. "That's not what…what I meant. I was just…surprised." He added as he thought of an excuse. The last thing he wanted was to make you feel bad about him.

You looked at him for a moment with a blank face but inside, you were injoining watching his panicked face. You stopped and smiled as you got up inside the vehicle. "It's alright, I understand," you said as you got to your seat. "I'm a very difficult character to deal with."

You found your seat and fastened your seat belt, making it clear that you didn't want to take this conversation further. Not because you were mad or anything. You were scared, you were scared that you being the wild and strong woman that you are would scare him off. You weren't joking when you said that you were hard to handle.

Jungkook was beating himself inside from his reaction. His damn flinch was the reason that pushed you away. He had an inner voice to him that was screaming how much of an idiot he was, telling him that he isn't the one for her, she was out of his league.

Jungkook had no choice but to sit next to you. All throughout the way he would glance over at your side profile as you had your earbuds in with blasting music that he could hear very faintly.

Before long the SUV parked in front of the restaurant that you reserved, it was a perfect place for a celebrity like you to eat in peace. One by one they all exited the car, as soon as your feet meet the ground you were back to your old self, joking with each of the members equally, leaving Jungkook off your list.

"Did you fight already?" Jimin asked as he came from behind Jungkook. It was clear that something happened.

"I...I think I might have offended her," Jungkook confessed with a sigh, running a hand through his hair only for it to bounce back to place.

"Then just apologize," Jimin stated ever so easily. "It's simple and I don't think Y/N is the type to hold grudges." He said as they both walked inside the restaurant.

You were right there in front of them chuckling with Taehyung and Jin. He hated himself for hating them for it, the burning jealousy that was seeping through him was blinding. As if they could feel the stares, they took their distance with an awkward feeling in the air.

That awkward feeling lasted all through dinner. Jungkook couldn't eat as he felt that he was going to get indigestion from the mood…the mood that only he was in. You were giggling and joking with the others throughout dinner and made it clear that he was left out.

Honestly, you were feeling out of it too. You felt horrible for the way you edged him so much that he gave you that terrified expression. It broke your heart. At the reminder of that, you had to get up and leave. "I'm stuffed!" you lied with a smile. "I will go have some fresh air." They all nodded, and you left.

Jimin poked Jungkook out of his misery gesturing with his head at your back figure as you walked away. "Now is your chance," Jimin said. "We are all dying here from frustration!" Jimin groaned and the rest joined him. Jungkook took a deep breath and nodded before he ran after you.

As he found his way to the backside of the restaurant, he found you standing there hugging your jacket to your chest with one hand while you held a cigarette in the other. He stood there as he took you all in, he wasn't surprised or disgusted as he saw you smoke…he was thrilled. He thought that that was the sexiest thing he has ever seen.

He stared for a little too much that you turned to look in the direction of that feeling. Your eyes went wide before you dumped the cigarette in the trash that was next to you. "I only smoke when I'm stressed," you confessed.

"I…I didn't ask, and I don't care if you do," he said, gathering every bit of courage in him.

You stared blankly at him, having no idea what to say. But you didn't have to because he took the lead. "I'm sorry for the way I reacted," he said, looking you right in the eye all the way to your soul. "I never meant for you to feel offended it's just…it's just that I'm a little…"

You admired how he stood there in his tight black trousers and biker's jacket. His permed hair falling in waved around his head. You looked at him and you saw that he wasn't scared, he was shy.

You felt your heart soften up as you saw him stuttering. You walked over to him, he was too lost for words to notice your approach. He raised his head to finally say what he had only to see you right in front of him. You heard his breath hiss in surprise but he didn't flinch this time.

Instead, his dark orbs roamed your face as they read every inch of it. You smiled, bringing your hand up to cup his face. "You don't need to say anything, Kookie," you said with a chuckle and he soon followed. "I understand everything now."

And with that every sense he had snapped. He smashed his lips against yours and that was it. He didn't care. And you…you didn't reject it but took it in, standing on your tip toes to cover the height difference. You felt his solid chest and arms around you, and that was all you wanted and needed. Feeling all your stress fade into nothingness.

You pulled back without breaking eye contact as you both raised to catch your breaths. "I am warning you again for the last time, I'm hard to handle," you whispered through the gap between you.

"I would love to handle all this every day for the rest of my life."
