Chapter 7: The top
3 Month Later
While Sei's clan and the Zehri clan were in total shambles. Sei had climbed the 'Heavenly Demon Mountain' as far as he could go. However, he was met with a barrier. He stared at the barrier for a bit before placing his hand on it.
Sei looked at the options before finally pressing 'Yes'. The barrier started to disintegrate. However, after Sei went past, it had reformed.
Sei continued walking up the mountain for a couple of days before finally. Reaching the top. The top of the mountain was tranquil and lush. It had a small cabin in front of a small pond of coy. One large sakura tree bloomed next to the cabin.
And sitting beside the coy pond was a shrivelled-up man. He was nothing but bones and shrivelled black skin. He was wearing simple clothing and seemed to be staring into the pond. He was holding a few books in his hand.
Before Sei did anything, he used all of his stat points on MND. Sei then walked up to him and retrieved a small pouch from his pocket. He pierced his skin and collected the blood in the pouch. Afterwards, he grabbed the books that he had been holding. He then opened the first page of each book.
Sei looked at the messages and smirked. In his previous life, the thing that took over his body had only learned about this place after 300 years. He was happy that he could come here so early.
The only thing he had to do now was train and cultivate. However, before he started that, he needed to make sure of his safety for the time being. He'd need to join the demonic cult, although he'd only need their protection for around 10 years.
And so Sei set off to get to the imperial capital. He would need to undergo a trial before he could join. However, before he underwent the trial, he'd need to train. But to get stronger, he'd need to kill more. So to do that, he spread the name of 'Blood Demon' by writing to all of his previous feeding grounds.
He also used body modification techniques to shape his skull into a demon mask. And turning his demon mask's face crimson red with his blood-controlling abilities. After he did that, to finish the look, he kept his nails permanently long and sharp. Now that he had done that, no one could recognise him. Not that anyone could after his metamorphosis.
And so Sei began his journey to the imperial capital. By his predictions, he would get there in 2 years. In his first week of travelling, he got attacked by bandits.
"Ay kid, give us ya-" said an aggressive-looking, thin man with a bandana on.
He had a knife in his hand. They decided to attack him because the kid looked like an easy target. However, the only reason they thought that was his oversized black cloak. But before he could finish his sentence.
Thump.
The man's head suddenly dropped to the ground. Sei had a sword coming toward his head. Sei just raised his hand while hardening it. The sword shattered as it hit his hand. The bandit who attempted to strike Sei was the next to have his head lobbed off. Blood spewed out of his neck like a fountain. Sei scoffed as he easily killed the rest.
Sei realised that he hadn't cultivated in a while. So he decided to, and while he did that, he could increase his negative energy. Sei sat down amongst the corpses and began cultivating.
8 Hours Later
As Sei finished cultivating, he clenched his fists, feeling rejuvenated. Sei got up and checked them for anything, but all they had were 2 golden coins. Sei sighed as he pocketed the coins and continued walking. Days turned into weeks and weeks into months, and time flew by in an instant.
9 Months Later
Sei had been attacked by 24 different bandit groups, and he was really tired. So he was currently resting in a tavern as he didn't have enough stamina to continue his journey. As Sei was getting up, another guy knocked into him. He could tell that Sei was young and said:
"Look where you're going, pu-" he started to say with a stern voice. Until he felt the murderous intent radiating from Sei.
"Watch what you say. Because it might just be your last words." Sei said as he slowly turned around, revealing his demon mask face.
To an ordinary person, it would look like a mask. However, cultivators could tell that his 'mask' was actually his skull. And so, as the man saw his face, he almost pissed himself.
"I- is that th- the Blood Demon?!" As he shrieked, everyone else also turned their way before looking at the person in front of him.
In the past 9 months, Sei has been spreading the name 'Blood Demon'. Sei saw that everyone was looking at him, so he got up and left the tavern. After he had left, he used his Negative Energy to create a fire. He used the fire to burn down the tavern. Which he had succeeded in. After Sei had done that, he left his new identity's name.
"Oh yeah, it's my birthday today. It's Ankra 12th, 204," he said to himself.
After he had completely burned down the tavern, he continued on his way.

As the host trains more in this technique, the host will be capable of summoning more fingers.
Heavenly Demon Lord's Eye of Destruction-
Just by looking at someone or something, the host has destroyed it.
As the host trains more in this technique, the host will be capable of destroying more.

Refines the host demonic qi for pure and stronger qi.
