"You forgot to buy scissors, didn't you?" Evan scratched the back of his neck. Maybe because he was too nervous, Evan found the brand tags on his clothes getting more annoying. "This damn brand tag makes me itchy."


Shane checked the tag that still hanging from the back of his friend's collar. "It's just a knot, you idiot."


"Really? Well, I'm only human. Sometimes I make mistakes."


With ease, Shane let go of that tag brand. And after that, he realized something strange. Now, he only holds the soda can. The gummy candy bag disappeared.


"I never imagined, that I would be watching a battle like this on duty, while walking casually, chatting as if nothing had happened, and snacking." The squad leader said while chewing more gummy candy.


Yes, suddenly that candy bag was held by the squad leader. Shane didn't know when the man took it.


Deciding not to respond to the odd incident, Shane asked, "May I ask you another question, sir? Why don't we get reinforcements yet?"
