Grocery shopping.

When Jaxon said 'I'll see', I thought he meant maybe a funfair or the amusement park but not a freaking hunted castle!

"C'mon Summer, it'd be fun." He tries to persuade me.

"I hate dark places. It's where bad things happen."

"Seriously?" He folds his arms.

"Yes! Can't we like go to the amusement park or something?"

"No, c'mon." He holds out his hand. "Let's go have fun." He says and I still don't bulge from where I'm standing.

We've been at the parking lot for over fifteen minutes arguing about this.

"And besides," He continues. "I'll be with you. Trust me Summer, I'm going no where. I wouldn't let go. Promise." His hand is still out, waiting for me to hold it but I look at him skeptically before I sigh.

"Fine." I put my hand on his. "But just don't leave me alone okay?" He nods happily.

"Now let's go get scared." He smiles and leads me to the entrance of the castle.

I don't know how long we stayed in the castle, but Jaxon kept his word.

He didn't let my hand go and I was grateful for that.

Let's just say I have an experience with dark places which left me with a phobia.

I can't even sleep with the lights off.

We came out and he still didn't let go.

Oh my poor heart.

"Okay, that was fun." I say as we reach his car.

"Told you." He unlocks his car. "So you hungry?"

"Famished."

"I think I might know just the place. Hop in."

...

"Okay why?" I look at him.

"What?! You said you were famished!" He defends.

"Yeah I did but seriously, 'Eat till you die!' Who names their restaurant eat till you die?"

"It's a nice name actually. And besides, they serve burgers as big as your head."

I roll my eyes.

"Now that's just absurd."

"I'm serious." He turns in his seat to face me. "Their milkshakes are as large as your arm and their medium is twice a Starbucks medium." He says in excitement.

Like a child on a Christmas morning.

"You have been here before haven't you?"

"Actually, I've heard about it."

"And you want to try it now? With me?"

"I don't see why not." He shrugs.

"Then let's go eat till we dieeeeeeee." I shout and he laughs.

We both get down and walk towards the burger joint.

....

Jaxon wasn't exaggerating when he said the burger was the size of your head.

Not only is the food large, it's fantastic.

I now fully understand the name.

After my first round of burger and fries, I was really really tempted to order another round.

I don't know why, but I didn't.

I just kept on sipping my milkshake.

On the other hand, Jaxon was stuffing his face with burgers.

"I think I just found my new favorite burger joint." He says between bites.

"Just go easy on the burgers. They are not going anywhere."

"But they are sooo good." He drawls and I laugh. "We should come here everyday." My laughter stops and I smile.

"We?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Yeah. Or don't you want to come here with me everyday?"

My poor poor heart.

"Well, I don't want to miss the chance of seeing you look like a pig everyday."

He's about to say something when his phone rings.

He swallows the food in his mouth before he answer the call.

"Jello?"

I turn to him with a look that says 'seriously?' but he just smiles.

"I'm out right now."

"You know you could just ask Taylor."

I wonder who Taylor is.

"Fine. But you owe me." He says and hangs up. "That was my mom. She wants me to get a list of groceries for her."

"A list?"

"Yeah. She said she'll send-" His phone beeps and he checks it. "A list and here it is."

"So you go grocery shopping?" I ask.

"Why do you sound surprised?" He folds his arms together.

"Because I am. I didn't picture you as someone who does groceries."

"Then what did you picture me as?"

"Hmm?"

"What did you picture me as?" He repeats.

Someone who I'd marry and have seven kids with?

"Nothing actually." I reply. "I just didn't picture you as a grocery guy."

"Well if it was left to me, I wouldn't. My mom makes me."

"Typical." I nod.

"So, wanna go grocery shopping with me?"
