North POV

In the canon the North was a uncultivated land filled with only the toughest men to venture through the icy snow or freezing tundra. So called that the Southron has a saying " It is so cold at the North that the summer snow can freeze off the balls of some Reachmen Lord's ". This Land is ruled by the Starks the Winter King's for over Thousand of Years.

The North is the principal region of the Kingdom of the North. The North is ruled from the castle of Winterfell by House Stark. It is the largest of the nine major regions of the continent, almost equal in size to the other eight combined. Its total population is under one million. The North is also considered the poorest region of the Seven Kingdoms. According to legend, the Kingdom of the North was established eight thousand years ago by Bran the Builder, the founder of House Stark, who constructed the Wall as a shield against the possible return of the White Walkers. The North is the only region where the First Men were able to successfully resist the Andal Invasion, six thousand years before the War of the Five Kings. As a result the North is the only region of Westeros in which the ethnic makeup is predominantly First Men, and the only region where the culture, customs, and traditions of the First Men still predominate. Among these is the belief that the man who passes the sentence of death must swing the sword himself. In particular, the religion of the First Men, the worship of the Old Gods of the Forest, is still the dominant faith in the North. The Faith of the Seven introduced in southern Westeros by the Andals has found little foothold in the North. As a result, warriors from the North are not "knights" (with very few exceptions), because "knighthood" is a code of values associated with the Faith of the Seven. However, mounted warriors are still an honored and esteemed military asset in the North, so that while northmen like Ned Stark may not carry the title "Ser", Northern cavalry are functionally equivalent to mounted knights.

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the North is an area vast in size but relatively light in population. The North, due to its location, is particularly badly affected during the long winters, with thousands of people killed and famine not an uncommon occurrence due to the inability to raise crops for years on end, outside of special greenhouses and castles built on or near hot springs, like Winterfell, or volcanic vents, like the Dreadfort of House Bolton. The people of the North, popularly called "northmen" or "northerners", are known as a hardy, tough breed who hold the comforts of the warm, "soft" south in disdain. They worship the old gods of the forest, and the "new gods" of the Andals have made little headway in the North. With a few exceptions, the warriors of the North refuse to take holy orders and thus cannot become knights.

The North is viewed as poor and only for savages that can live there by the South. But it all change when the formerly House Azantys now called House Richwood. Brought forth a change in status quo by being in trade with the most successful kingdom the Valyrian Kingdom and with the settlement of a branch house of Azantys they brought with them new ways for them to profit and also having an access to something similar to Valyrian Steel albeit much inferior the Stainless Steel. Silk made from Ice Spiders and so many more bringing commerce and traffic to the North.

Especially now that a new wave of trade items or food like potato, Nori and so many more for the last 10 or so years made by the Genius called Mark " The Innovator " Richwood bringing things like the loom, new ship designs and quite frankly so much more. The citizen from the Richwood Lands may experience various types of common commodities like soap, shampoo and abundant food that can cause a minor lord from the south envious of the life that the smallfolk can live much better lives.

With the new things coming from the Richwood especially the bathhouses in which for the basic wash and a trip to the sauna is only about 10 coppers so inexpensive that the smallfolk can afford it. With this the Entire North now has Bathhouses in each holding bringing profits and experiencing a baby boom. So many stuff has happened here at the North especially when three Rainbow Forest has settled and many more Weirwood trees with the Rainbow Flowers *Crystal Flower*. Granting them people that can warg or use green seer if lucky however like the lords granting them power's never before seen people that can control the elements like earth or air, or people that can see so far and manage to hit a bird in the thickest forest.

And when the newly crowned king Rickard " Winter Bearer " Stark gave the news that the Mark " The Innovator " Richwood decided that he will travel the world to gain new types of crops suited for the north. Lord's and Smallfolk are excited on what will he bring. And on top of that the College of Winterhold is finally complete and ready for admission starting next year. The builders though after the finish this was told to build bathhouses to those who has not have any.

With this they are all excited on what the Young Lord will bring for them to further prosper.
