Throughout my entire existence, I have wept incessantly due to my shattered heart and ruined life. The pain and suffering I endured, the loss of loved ones, the abandonment by those I held dear, the constant reminders of my worthlessness from everyone around me, and the relentless abuse I endured - all of it left me yearning for love that was never bestowed upon me.

It was my own family who betrayed my trust, repeatedly, until I became nothing more than an empty shell, devoid of any warmth or compassion.

I made a solemn vow to myself that I would never allow my family to hurt me again. I promised to stand up for myself, to become someone who would make those who deemed me insignificant bow down before me.

I made a resolution to persevere and make the most out of my circumstances.

But amidst the deceit and pain inflicted upon me by my own kin, did I ever stumble upon love and happiness?

Survival Journey

After last night call with Aiyla I could not sleep, I wanted to talk to her and tell her I'm here for her now and I wanted to meet her and know everything about her life after I left her. 


Whole night I was tussling and turning waiting sun to rise. I knew her schedule through Debbie, she had told me Aiyla has morning classes so she will be awake early to go to college. 


Hours went by and finally the sun rose, it was the beginning of the new day for me. 


At 5:30 Am I called Aiyla and after few rings she picked up her call, she was silent hearing hearing my voice and I kept persisting to talk to me cause her silence was like a slow death for me. 


Finally she spoke and told me that she wanted to meet me...I don't know how she knew what was in my heart, I guess this is what called a heart to heart connection.
