Pyde motioned for everyone to follow and led the way across the arena, where the Ji'vie were dancing and playing with some of the other children in an attempt to keep them occupied and out of trouble, to a shop full of furniture made of a variety of materials.

Athilaan easily convinced Baas to put his name into the raffle, due to the fact that if he won, his order would be made first. Mae thought it was a splendid idea for a raffle, given that Koo'narl never charged for anything he made as it was.

Nimaro had stayed close to Mae as they walked about, one his akress in contact with her at all times, until they arrived at a table on the back patio of what could easily be mistaken for an ice cream parlor and sat down.

"What flavor do you want?" Mae asked Jasper who didn't seem interested in letting go of her.

"Pomme," he replied before tucking his head beneath her chin.

"Make that two," she told Nimaro, looking across the table to Baas. "What about you?"
