Elahemé (Mae) loved the life she shared with her husband, Jack and their dog, Koobs. She never expected that one day, she would fall into the arms of an alien, a half-blood Ech’latean, named Venificus (Ven), with explosive consequences. Carried through the Dailen Shaad, she quickly discovers that she is injured and trapped in a world that isn’t her own. Follow Mae’s journey as she struggles, learns and adventures, while striving to find a way back home.

All the citizenry watched on with great enthusiasm as the 21 Pet Enthusiasts, of which there were plenty more in the Quarter, made their way twice round the arena, coming to a stop in three rows before the pavilion; one for each of the individual species of pet.

Each row of seven, was considered amongst the enthusiasts, to be the best representation of the species within the Pet Enthusiasts group, and to be as fair as possible, each row would be given a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and a 'Best-In-Show', would be awarded amongst the 1st place winners based on the pet's behavior alone.

Mae had thought Rah'dimah's proclamation of judging with a critical eye had been little more than a jest, but when the Enthusiasts lined up, Mae realized she had underestimated the Ji'vie's dedication of excellency in every avenue, even frivolous ones such as this.
