My First And Only

A few years passed and we were finally ready to leave. Zara was finally feeling better after being depressed for a while.


I thought it was a good time to leave since the kingdom was in chaos due to the death of the royal family and the academy was frantic over the missing ancient witch. There were too many problems with this place and I was happy to leave it behind.


As we made our way out of the kingdom, Cross said something interesting.


"There are some interesting places to visit along the way to the Lunite kingdom. Would my lady like to visit them?"


"What kind of places?" Zara seemed to be interested and I couldn't be happier. She had been feeling down the past few years and I hadn't been able to remedy her sadness with anything other than affection and a lot of personal attention.
