Hunted

Alex jumped between buildings, checking behind him now and then to make sure he isn't being chased. Alex jumped down into an after grabbing the girl by her waist. The girl visibly blushed and pushed herself off of Alex. Alex didn't pay any heed to it at all and looked around for some thrown-away clothing. Seeing some ripped and stained shirts as well as a pair of ripped pants. Alex took off his clothes and started getting dressed. The girl seeing what he was doing immediately looked away.

'How does that not bother him?!'

Alex glanced at her and said, "Wait here." Before she could reply Alex had walked out of the alleyway and saw two guys walking on the streets. Alex walked up to them and pretended to trip. Falling onto them, Alex demanded an apology. The guys were visibly confused as Alex motioned toward the Alleyway if they didn't want to pay up. The guys snickered, Alex's body was super skinny and malnourished. Alex turned around after seeing that they had no intention of paying him. After walking into the Alleyway, they saw the girl still wearing the revealing rags so naturally that the guys wanted a piece of her. There were slaves in this world after all, why would they care. As they walked towards Alex they both suddenly fell to the ground. Alex had appeared behind them and chopped their neck. Alex had accidentally broken their neck.

"I thought I held back enough oops."

Alex took off their clothes and put them on. He looked at the girl and walked up to her. Seeing Alex up so close made her back against the wall. Alex frowned and said, "turn around." The hearing his order blushed very brightly and turned around. Not realizing what she thought he meant, Alex used his hand to cut her hair. The girl feeling her hair fall of froze. She like her hair and this bastard just cut it off. When she turned around to deliver a swift slap to his face, she was met with clothes being thrown into her face. She looked at Alex in the eyes but soon averted her gaze.

"Are you going to turn away at least?"

"Sure."

Alex turned around as he threw the dead bodies of the guys in the corner under some trash.

"You can look now, I'm ready."

Alex turned around and was stunned. If the system wasn't currently influencing him, Alex would have probably done something besides escape. Alex nodded and grabbed her hand. They immediately walked out into the crowd and blended into it to the best of their ability.

Pulling her towards the city gates, Alex easily weaved through the crowd as he had gotten used to it in the city he left in. There wasn't anyone who stopped them as they walked out the city gates, but they didn't stop walking. Continuing until they could see the gates on the horizon. There wasn't a reason to go back, especially since he is wanted. Alex let go of her hand after realizing he hadn't let go in a while. Turning towards her he finally asked.

"What's your name?"

Perhaps without thinking she blurted out her name. "Hoshirisa Kagawa"

Alex nodded and committed it to memory. Walking into the forest Alex started to look around. Closing his eyes Alex fell forward.

*Emergency take over activated*

Alex stood back up immediately. Looking around he nodded, he figured out that the system was controlling him when he is either knocked out or has no chance of winning against his opponent. Alex walked forward after brushing himself and kept walking. He is feeling hungry and there are animals where there is a forest. He had no qualms with killing an animal after all. Seeing some rustling in the bushes Alex froze. A snow-white bunny jumped out with a horn on its head. The rabbit seeing Alex immediately tried jumping away, but Alex flashed in front of it. Grabbing it by its neck Alex snapped it then ripped off its head. Alex threw the bunny to the girl and told her to hold it as they continued to hunt Animals.

Around two hours later, Alex had hunted 15 animals and had set them down on a shirt Alex had taken off. Alex walked around looking for sticks and rocks to make a campfire. Soon enough he spotted enough materials to start a fire. Alex grabbed a few more sticks along with some briers.

Sitting down after making a ring with rocks, Alex started to make a campfire with the sticks he had. He then made a make-shift shift Skewer put it above the sticks. Standing up and walking over to the bunny's Alex used one of his daggers to roughly skin the first bunny. Alex frowned when he didn't get enough meat so he destroyed another four bunnies. Sticking them with a skewer, Alex hung them above the fire after starting it. Risa had sitten next to the campfire and was scrunched up while staring at Alex making the food.

Alex cooked for around an hour until the meat looked visibly pleasing and took a piece off. Setting it in a cloth to cool off, Alex bit into it. There wasn't much flavor but it was still cooked fully. Taking the skewer off the fire, Alex gave Risa a few pieces. Before eating Alex put some more on the fire and started to eat. They ended up eating all the food as Risa fell asleep on the ground. Alex frowned, walking away from the campsite, Alex gathered grass before returning. Walking over to her, Alex picked her off the ground. Alex set her on the bed of grass as leaned against the tree. Leaving the dagger in his hand, Alex went into a light sleep.
