Eli Wilde is given the chance of achieving his dream of becoming a superhero. He becomes Electrick and is on his way to saving the world and keeping it safe from the bad guys. He’s sworn to keep his alter-ego a secret at all costs, even from Mo, his best friend and the secret love of his life. When Mo starts dating Blaze Hart, Eli has to fight his feelings and Blaze’s supervillain alter-ego, Sunspark. This means war.

Electric Love

Tadashi was back. Eli was greeted with a whole conspiracy wall on his friend’s side of the room. There were photos and newspaper articles connected together with red yarn. Tadashi loved conspiracy theories but this might be taking it too far.


“Hi, Eli!” Tadashi taped a photo of Lili Choi on the wall. “Did you enjoy the holiday?”


He ignored that and waved towards the example of his friend’s deteriorating sanity. “What is this?”


“I got sick of my electronic conspiracy wall and I wanted a physical one.”


“I can see that, but why do you need one?”


Tadashi looked around as if there could be anyone around to listen in to their conversation. He moved closer to Eli and muttered, “Echo’s members are superheroes.”


“What?” Eli stared at him in disbelief. “Why would you think that?”


Tadashi rambled on about HC Entertainment recruiting people with superpowers for their talent. Echo was their girl group designed to capitalize on the lucrative celebrity statues of superheroes.
