When two supernatural abominations get involved one wonders what will be the fate of their love. As they fight for both personal acceptance of whom they are and an acceptance of their proposed union. 



Princess Joan for one is wanted dead or alive by every supernatural clan on earth (witches, werewolves, vampires and lastyl heretics) for fear of what she might become and for greed of power. 

 It is true that being an heretic comes with such great dark powers but it was also a myth that a pure heart will be able manifest with these powers and the world will still be safe. No one is willing to give her chance to prover herself worthy accept one man.... 



Lucas also an abomination but of a more rare type swore an oath to Princess Joan to keep her safe even at the cost of his life without having a full knowledge of what he was about to go into. 

With time his loyalty will be tested and things became more difficult when he began to discover some truth about himself. He may have started his life as soldier but things will change when royal blood was identified in him. It was at this point that the guardian himself also needed someone else to keep him safe. 



with the politics for the throne still a deciding factor in what fate holds for them, how the world will also accept two royal supernatural abominations is still yet to be seen.

A Love Between Claws and Blood

A restless Lucas moved around the palace thinking of what Princess Joan might be doing right now. Although she had informed him to make himself scare he couldn't help but move around the palace. He also chose the opportunity to move around the palace to know different places since he was new there. 


As he moved about his ears picked up a conversation coming from a room. He could tell from the way the place was heavily guarded that someone very important in the kingdom must be the one inside the room. He could pick different voices from the room. A mixture of both male and females voices laughing and talking in whispers.


He wanted to merely pass through when his ears picked Princess Joan's name and he stopped in his track. Since he was new he couldn't tell whose voice belong to what person. 


"The princess has gone out again, I suspect she is going to the market square again." He heard a male voice say. 


"That's good,  tell the boys to get ready,  they must not miss their opportunity this time. I want her dead as soon as possible." 


"It will be done, they are already in their positions" the Male voice replied again. 


Lucas didnt need further confirmation to know who they wer talking about. He knew Princess Joan was in trouble but he also needed to know those planning such against her. So he waited for some minute hoping that those talking inside will come out but its seems they werew not in an hurry to come out as they continued discussing other issues concering the king and the palace but Lucas was no longer able to concentrate on their words as he knew Joan will be in trouble in moment. He decided he was going to try save her first before coming back to investigate the voices in the room. 


But then where was he going to start his search from  he barely knew anyone inside the palace or anywhere outiside the palace. 


As he worried about where  to go to he came across a group of maidens who were  simply moving from one end of the palace to another. 


"Excuse me please cam any of you show to the market square" he asked stopping them suddenly. 


But he he got no immediate reply as they stood admiring the handsome warrior that had stopped them. Mos of the girls have heard about him but have not seen him since he had been stationed in princess Joan's chambers since he came to the place. He watched as they kept drooling,  their actions irritating him. 


"Excuse me" he said snapping his fingers before their faces. Can anyone one help me here he demanded sounded offended by their silence. 


"Y.. e... s" they all chorus in unison when they snapped out of their shock. 


"Why will you want to go the market one of them asked. I can go there for you just tell me what you want" one of the maidens giggled. 


"No I am not intending to  buy anything, I just need to get to the market now" He stated urgency in voice. 


"Alright I will take you there myself"  one of the maidens offered cheerfully. 


"Okay let's go now" he said half dragging her with him. He didn't even border to ask for her name as right now he was more interested in finding Princess Joan.  They hurred through the palace as head turned everywhere they passed. People were  surprise to see the new lifeguard hand in hand with a maiden moving out of the palace in such a haste  but no one dare to stop him
