Princess Joan for one is wanted dead or alive by every supernatural clan on earth (witches, werewolves, vampires and lastyl heretics) for fear of what she might become and for greed of power. 

 It is true that being an heretic comes with such great dark powers but it was also a myth that a pure heart will be able manifest with these powers and the world will still be safe. No one is willing to give her chance to prover herself worthy accept one man.... 



Lucas also an abomination but of a more rare type swore an oath to Princess Joan to keep her safe even at the cost of his life without having a full knowledge of what he was about to go into. 

With time his loyalty will be tested and things became more difficult when he began to discover some truth about himself. He may have started his life as soldier but things will change when royal blood was identified in him. It was at this point that the guardian himself also needed someone else to keep him safe. 



with the politics for the throne still a deciding factor in what fate holds for them, how the world will also accept two royal supernatural abominations is still yet to be seen.

A Love Between Claws and Blood

The tension in the court grew thick as everything seem to be happening fast. No one expected Lucas to stand against the King's order by trying to defend his mother while no one also expected princess Joan to speak in favour of him. Infact she hardly spoke in such gathering so it came as a surprise to everyone that she will speak up at that moment. 


More stunned was King Atkinson who never expected the reaction he was getting now. He knew he will be under pressure to punish anyone that has defied him. 


The only persons who were  confused were the soldiers who didn't know what instruction to take. An advancement towards Lucas can mean death for anyone of them. His earlier exploits with Princess Becky has told them none of them were  a match for him. 


"Princess Joan what has come over you, do you wish to challenge the King's order too? " King Atkinson asked with anger in his eyes


"No I don't, Princess Joan replied standing up on her feet. I only wish that the king reconsider his decision. Lady Morgana has served this kingdom for many years and we have never found fault in her. We can not condemn her to jail, a place fitting for only criminals" Princess Joan pleaded with her right knee on the ground. 


It was rare for a princess to plead for anyone. Infact since the time King Atkinson became king None of his daughters have ever had course to pleade any of his decrees. 


There was murmurings amongst the Lords and  Ladies. Some  showing their approvals and others not in support. 


"Your Majesty we all know the rules, whatever had been decreed by the king cannot be changed by the pleas of anyone" Lord Rufus spoke up holding the constitution. 


"Luckily enough she is not anyone," Princess Freya spoke for the first time as all attention shifted to her. In meetings such as this her statements are always respected. 


"Princess Freya will you like to say something? "  King Atkinson asked looking at his sister. 


"Yes my King. In the same constitution it js said that the pleas of a member of the  royal family to the king must be considered no matter the condition. Princess Joan is not just a member of the royal family she is also the first child of the royal family. Together  with her I princess Freya sister of King Atkinson also plead that this decision be reconsidered" Princess Freya spoke in favour of Princess Joan making both Lucas and his mother happy. 


"What is you're  suggestion then?"  King Atkinson asked looking at his sister. 


"I suggest Lady Morgana be suspended for now, she  should return to her home under house arrest till this whole issus will be properly investigated"  Princess Freya suggested. 


Her idea seem nice to everyone else as everyone seem to  nod their heads in agreement. 


"I take if from your reaction you are all okay with her suggestion so therefore I put a new decree that Lady Morgana be suspended and placed under house arrest till the conclusion of this matter" King Atkinson decreed hitting his staff on the ground to signify it was done. 


"As for you commander Lucas consider yourself lucky you are lifeguard to my daughter. If not your head should have been on a spike fod drawing your sword in my presence and trying to obstruct my judgment. King Atkinson spoke turning his attention to Lucas. 


"I   am sorry your majesty  a child's instinct to save his mother was overwhelming" Lucas apologized gazing at Princess Joan and saying a thank you from afar.
