Akimitsu was sitting in an emptied classroom which only the sound of the clock ticking was heard. At the window, there stood Ami, who was looking outside the window with a gloomy face. He noticed that the outside was snowing and everything outside was peaceful and it looked breezy. Akimitsu stood up from his desk and went to stood beside Ami. Suddenly, Ami started to speak in a low voice.
"It's a cold day today, the thick white snow, the cold breeze..."
"The wind... it's cold... it bites." Ami added.
"What are you saying, Ami?" Akimitsu responded.
"I love you, Akimitsu."
"Oh, uhm... I like you too, Ami."
"No, Akimitsu. You need to get away from me."
"Why?"
"It's for your own safety."
Akimitsu then grabbed Ami by her wrist and pulled it near his face.
"If it's a choice of life and death, I don't mind choosing either one if it's for you."
"You can't... You just can't! I won't let you..."
Suddenly, Akimitsu's alarm clock rang loudly, and he quickly wakes up from his sleep and he checked his phone, it was Saturday. Akimitsu sighed in relief after knowing that it was the weekend.
"Oh... it was just a dream..."
But as soon as he was going back to sleep, his door burst open. It was his brother who opened his bedroom door.
"Hey loser, get up and go take a shower. Mom told me that I should bring you along with me since you had almost nothing to do today, like the useless person you are. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want to bring a brat like you along, but to keep up with my reputation with mom and dad, I will make you." Kane blared while Akimitsu was just about to go back to bed.
"Fine, just knock before you enter my room next time." Akimitsu answered.
"Yeah, whatever. Get a move on, stupid." His brother responded. Without complaining, Akimitsu quickly went to bathe and wore his usual outfit. After he was done, they both got in one of Kane's friend's limousine. Kane was friends with rich students where some of their parents were billionaires and multi-millionaires. The limousine was massive and it had fitted almost all of Kane's friends into it. Amongst Kane's friends, one of them was Ami Sugihara. Surprisingly, Ami sat beside Akimitsu and they both acted as if they both hadn't met each other. While in the car with Kane's friends, Kane asked Ami where she wanted to go.
"Anywhere actually!" Ami replied.
Akimitsu was annoyed by how his brother was always onto Ami and that Akimitsu was jealous of Kane having everything he desired.
"Alright, to the mall we go." Kane replied
Kane then decided to go to a mall, where all of his friends agreed. Arrived at the mall, Kane then asked his friends,
"Where do you guys want to start first?"
Akimitsu was always been quiet and had put up a gloomy face throughout the whole trip. Eventually, everyone went separately, while Kane went with his friends, and Akimitsu was left alone. Unexpectedly, Ami pulled Akimitsu by his hand. Ami then asked if Akimitsu wanted new clothing and something for himself. Akimitsu refused but Ami kept on insisting him to.
"Aw, come on Akimi, my parents are billionaires. Take whatever you want and I'll pay for it, I don't mind!"
"Is it necessary, though?" Akimitsu asked.
Akimitsu kept on refusing but Ami forced him to. And soon, she went off and came back to him with a new pair of clothes and a brand-new phone.
"I saw your phone and it was quite bad in shape. So here you go." While giving Akimitsu a new phone in a box.
"Oh, thank you. You didn't have to buy me these, you know that, right?" Akimitsu continued.
"Just take it, and keep this between you and me. I'm just helping you out."
Suddenly, one of her friends came to her,
"What are you doing with him?" one of them asked.
"Oh! No, he kept following me." Ami said.
"That creep... probably one of those perverts at school." one of them said in disgust. Akimitsu was surprised by how quickly she changed from being a friend to a stranger. Akimitsu was mad and disgusted by her lies. Suddenly, she slipped him a note that wrote,
"I'm sorry for that, please meet me back at the parking lot."
After Akimitsu had finished strolling around, he went by the parking lot and he was met by Ami. Ami gave Akimitsu a gift in a box and she went inside to wait in the limousine. In the gift box, a key to a house and a message that wrote,
"As a token of my forgiveness... And I know it hurts to be living with your family, I hope this would work out in the future or at least someday." With a love symbol under the note.
Akimitsu was surprised to know that Ami had gifted him a key to a house and also had bought him a new phone. His heart came racing and it turned red after he assumed that Ami had actually fallen for him.
